All around, there are stunning views of the Grignetta, Monte Due Mani, and the Piani di Bobbio.
Outdoors, the garden surrounds the house on all four sides, giving each apartment a dedicated space to enjoy the fresh air. The driveway allows comfortable parking for up to three cars inside the property.

Perfect for those seeking maximum tranquility, this apartment follows the same layout as the first floor but with a few differences: the breakfast area has been replaced by a small bedroom with a single bed.
• Entrance into a hallway with storage closet and independent boiler • Fully equipped kitchen as in the other apartments • Living room with sofa, designer table, and TV (no sofa bed) • Additional small bedroom with single bed and wardrobe • Double bedroom with dresser and wardrobe • Twin bedroom with two bunk beds (convertible into single beds) and wardrobe • Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
