"Room was clean, valet was very nice and did great job. We didn’t have towels, went down to get some they said someone would come up no one did so we had to call down. The restaurant in the hotel was way over priced for its food it was not very good at all."

"I've never been in a smaller room - even in in NYC. No closet. No mini fridge. No Safe. No ironing board (although a steamer was provided.) My "view" looked right into another building across a narrow alley. There was so much construction and trash truck noise starting before 5:00am and the room windows did little to block it. "Skøn beliggenhed ved Old Marked, masser at spisesteder og hygge omkring. Dejligt hotel med skøn service fra personalet."

"The customer service both on arrival and when checking out left plenty to be desired. The area was under heavy construction, so finding the parking ramp for guests was a chore, and there seemed to be few spots available. That's not all the hotel's fault. Good, clean room and hotel, but won't be staying there again."

"Really unique, old school vibe with beautiful rooms and great location."

"LL Parking spots blocking the elevator was frustrating. Making it difficult to get in and out. We traveled as a group and with the pool capacity it was hard to enjoy."

"Pretty good location even though everything from parking to just being in the premise cost some sort of fee. Front check in person was very unpleasant and it was a mess trying to use the elevator to get to our room due to a concert across the street. It was nice having a bar and seating area in the lobby but we probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Great place to stay, friendly folks."
