"Beds were comfy and definitely a big space at a good price for a few people. Was concerned with cleanliness though as there were stains underneath the comforters. Curtains also need to be longer/ blacked out to totally block out the bright lights that glow all night right outside the window. In addition, the windows in the bedroom couldn’t open properly, only the top. And they couldn’t lock, so kind of a safety concern. Heat didn’t work the first night but worked the second day/ night. "I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem. He was a VERY kind young man. And he was helpful & he cleaned up the rest of the spill. I think your LUCKY to have such kind...

"It is set off the road in the woods. Beautiful grounds with places to sit outside and relax. The rooms are big , clean, have full kitchens, and comfy beds. The magic coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee for free and is always open to use. The pool is large and great and the outdoor hot tub was great too. The folks at the desk are fantastic! Not one thing to not like!"

"The staff were very polite and helpful. But the property was under construction, so you had to walk over a block to your car and park it or you can do a valet that was never present? From what I was told from other people that were staying there is that the place I’ve been under construction for a couple years now that was not advertise that was going on so it was kind of frustrating."

"Here’s what we liked: If we were just reviewing BERKSHIRES UNTOLD based on the staff, we’d be giving it a 5. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. When we asked for extra towels and requested a room change, they accommodated those requests immediately. After we switched rooms they checked to see if we were happier. This is exactly the kind of service you want in a hotel or inn. Other good things - The bed was comfortable and there was enough counter space in the bathroom...

"I enjoyed relaxing by the firepit. The only thing that could of made it a better stay would be free breakfast or at least coffee and tea. They have a Starbucks and area where you can purchase items but it was more like self serve and pay at reception desk."

"We had a late arrival, which worked out with self checkout. Left the next morning after 9am, didn't see a single staff member during our whole stay, Was a bit of a challenge getting luggage up to the top floor without an elevator but we probably should have realized that when we booked. Nice property, nice big room with separate area for visiting. TV channel choices, which included streaming services, was excellent. Overall a good experience, just didn't see anyone there."

"Wonderful hidden gem of a little hotel. Right on lake laurel we had a beautiful lake view. Rooms were very clean. Decent breakfast. Well Located and close to Lee downtown main st, the Lennox Main Street and Stockbridge as well. Looking forward to returning"
