With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.

Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

This two level, two bedroom, three bathroom condo has the BEST OCEAN VIEW in the entire building. The Santorini’s inspired blue and white decorations blends in perfectly with the beautiful Caribbean Waters. Bring your laptop: now with wireless internet!

Great week at Miramar

Manager was very helpful and quickly responded to all questions. Condo was a little smaller than we imagined, but more than enough room for wife and mother in law. Since it's on the top floor and had lots of windows, we kept the ac off the majority of the time. Snorkeling was awesome right outside our door. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Cozumel Charm

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication throughout great. Easy check in. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care they took in making our stay . The condo and grounds are always well maintained. We think the condo was even better than the pictures show. Matias is a great host and one of the best we’ve had from any CRBO stay. The view is excellent. We had great snorkeling right from the pool area. The kitchen was well furnished to prepare any of the meals we wanted. Taxis were easy to get for the short trip to the main town for restaurants or groceries. We will definitely go back. Many thanks Matt for hosting our amazing island vacation. M and K

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this place and our stay! Any questions or situations we were unsure of was quickly responded to with friendliness and speed. We felt reassured that we were in good hands. All of the staff that we encountered was super nice and welcoming. The views can’t be beat and lovely patios to enjoy them. With just the few condos in the building, being at the pool felt very private and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. We like our mattress a little firm and it was perfect. Also, we really enjoyed eating at the restaurant that was just next door. The food was so fresh and the staff was very friendly.

We had problems with cockroaches and the bathrooms and showers were very unclean. We decided to eat the cost and move out after 2 nights.

Beautiful and Quiet

Property and grounds are impeccably clean. Ezekiel is the maintenance man He is so kind and quick to respond to our needs. The pool is a saltwater pool and there are no elevators to the 4th floor but the steps are short and you start your ascend on the 2nd floor. So not bad at all. Fantastic view as you don't have any cruise ships or ferry's blocking your view. Kitchen is small but adequate. Bedrooms are very spacious. We will definitely like to return. I would recommend renting a car, Condo is not close to town. That was the best part is being away from all the noise. This city is easy to navigate .

Excellent condo!

This condo is super. We love the north zone because it's quiet. The condo is as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool area (as did everyone staying there). No fighting for chairs, great view, what more do you need? Mattias is great as is the rest of the crew. No regrets renting this place!

We'll be back!

We loved our stay for spring break. The condo exceeded our expectations as was spot on with many of the other reviewers' comments. The views are spectacular--especially loved waking up in the master bedroom to the views every morning. Plenty of room for our family of four and were grateful for the kitchen which had everything we needed to enjoy a homecooked meal. Pool area was a perfect spot to hang out for the day. Our kids loved jumping into the ocean off the platform and snorkeling. We all decided that this unit will be part of our next trip to Cozumel. The staff is wonderful--great communication before our arrival and quick to respond to any small issues we had during our stay.

Amazing place for a vacation!

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location. It was clean and had everything we needed, including filtered water dispenser. We watched the sunset by the pool or balcony each night. Just spectacular. We snorkeled in the ocean adjacent to the property and saw some of the most beautiful fish - similar to our snorkel excursion. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Only issue was we didn't have more days to spend in this gorgeous condo.

This condo is wonderful and we will return again. Beautiful views of the torquoise waters and stylishly decorated. Our only issue is we didn't have more time to enjoy it. I had heard an all inclusive resort was the only way to go. They were wrong!! This condo is so private and safe it's a home away from home. So few families in the entire unit many times we had the pool area entirely to ourselves. The snorkeling out from of the condo is first class and never once did we have to share this with other tourists. The need for free food and drink was zero since we went grocery shopping at the Mega Mart and brought everything we might need at very cheap reasonable prices with an amazing selection. Plus every where you go in Cozumel you are offered drinks so who needs an all inclusive to share with hundreds of other guests. If solitude, peace and quiet is what your after this condo is for you. Some noteworthy amenities worth mentioning are. Very comfortable masterbed room mattress. Brand new washer and dryer. World class snorkeling right out front. Great internet and television services. Friendly and accommodating staff. The floors are spotless. Very clean. Plenty of supplies from laundry soap, trash bags to toilet paper. We wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this condo for its solitude away from the crowds, it's cleanliness, it's wonderful amenities and it's gorgeous views.

Great family trip

Our family of four enjoyed a little pre-Christmas getaway. We enjoyed Miramar as a great base for exploring Cozumel. Loved that it was close to town but away from the crowds. The condo was clean, the staff friendly, and the pool and diving platform were a great place to relax. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing condo

This condo was as described, Matias was great host, gave excellent recommendations and communications. Arranged for us to all get our required COVId test for return trip. Kitchen well stocked with all we needed. Awesome views! Master bedroom was so romantic, balcony with ocean views. Could not have asked for better location away from big resorts.

Cozumel Serenity

Matías was an amazing and incredibly helpful host! He was such a wonderful resource for tips on restaurants, a hair salon, an in-home chef, shops, car rental, - you name it! The condo was immaculate and well stocked and we also hired the chef he recommended, - Antonio, who also was amazing, - and provided excellent service and great food! In addition, Matías was so patient with my frequent questions before and during our stay (and since it was our first time to Mexico), and I will be forever grateful. Thank you so much! I highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing place! Absolutely gorgeous!

My family and I have been to Cozumel many many times before on cruises. This was our first time staying for a week. The property is exactly like the pictures online and Matias and staff were very hospitable. The location is just north of the center of town and airport. We enjoyed the platform to jump into the ocean and snorkeling along the coral shore! We highly recommend Guido’s, Fernando Jr’s Lobster House, Azul Madera and be sure to go to the other side of the island and visit Rasta’s! We will be back!

Fabulous condo and spectacular view!

The Miramar 401 is a beautiful condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Cozumel. The view was spectacular and the snorkeling right out front was great! The 2 story condo gave everyone plenty of room and having 3 bathrooms was great. Also there is a great walking/running path that is right in front of the condo. Matt was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend Buccano’s, Guidos, Pancho Burger and La Monina for restaurants. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. My husband and son dove with Pro Dive at the Allegro and had a great experience. We also visited Buccano’s beach club, Chankanaab Cabanas and The Money Bar beach club which were all incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Cozumel and would definitely stay again at Miramar.

Amazing Oceanfront condo

Our first time in Cozumel and we loved every minute of it. The condo complex is small so there is lots of room at the pool to always spread out. Location is a little out of town which was great for us as we like a little bit of seclusion. If we ever revisit the island we will most likely stay here again! The staff was very friendly and attentive to the property too!
