Denne smukke, tre soveværelser / to bad, ejerlejlighed ved stranden ligger ved siden af Chankanaab Marine Park og har den bedste snorkling på øen samt en sandstrand. Nyd fantastiske solnedgange og se krydstogtskibe sejle forbi i den krystalblå Caribien fra dine to private terrasser. Dette er en anden sal lejlighed i et kompleks af 13 enheder (meget privat uden højhuse) med fuld havudsigt. Klatre op til tagterrassen for en endnu mere spektakulær udsigt!

Vi vil hjælpe dig med at arrangere aktiviteter til dit ophold, herunder dybhavsfiskeri, snorkling og dykketure. Der er en dock til båd afhentning lige ved siden af på Tortugas Beach club! Vi kan også arrangere levering af købmandsvarer eller en privat kok mod et ekstra gebyr.

Lejligheden er udstyret med alt hvad du har brug for inklusive badehåndklæder, snorkeludstyr, grill, to hængekøjer, to cykler, komplet køkken med opvaskemaskine og et vaskerum.

Du kan nemt holde kontakten med familie og venner - der er GRATIS trådløst bredbånd og GRATIS langdistanceopkald til U. S. og Canada. Der er TV / DVD og NETFLIX i hvert værelse.

Vi ligger i gåafstand fra Chankanaab Marine Park, Tortugas Beach Club ved siden af og Uvas Beach Club med glasbunds kajakudflugter.

Vores engelsktalende ejendomsadministrator tilbyder råd og rabatter på forskellige aktiviteter, herunder dykning, snorkel og fisketure.

Den sydlige side af øen ligger i nærheden af korallrevene, populære strandklubber, Punta Sur og meget mere. Beliggende lige syd for byen er du kun en fem minutters kørsel til butikker, restauranter og aktiviteter i centrum.

The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. The host was amazing from the start - answered all of my questions. The property manager, Diana, was incredible - responding within minutes! The condo had everything we could ever need and was extremely clean. Being right on a sandy beach made it one of the best in all of Cozumel. The photos don't do it justice, inside or out! It's much closer to the beach than the photos indicate. Would recommend this 100% - we will be staying here again next year....and hopefully for a longer duration!

Our stay was flawless. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the cruise ship terminal to avoid the masses, but an affordable cab ride to restaurants in the city center. The beach is ample, with easy access to some of the best snorkeling on the island. The condo had EVERYTHING, from scads of beach towels to snorkel gear to fresh bottled water replenished daily. The air conditioner was in prime form which was helpful to cut the humidity - we never slept better. The kitchen had every pot, pan and glass you would need - even gorgeous margarita glasses and plastic cups for the beach. With the beach clubs next door, it was super easy to pop over for a quesadilla if we needed a snack and a drink. We were also able to rent a parasailing boat for our grown sons right from the beach club pier. The pool and outdoor shower were an added bonus. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about our accommodations. Thank you!

EXCELLENT rental!! It was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony over looking the pool with direct ocean view. The host was very accommodating and communicated all the details we needed in a very timely manner. We will most definitely return to this vacation rental again. Super nice! We had a great time!

Description is accurate, although the photos don’t do it justice. Very well stocked (from the kitchen to the towels to the beach/snorkel supplies). Easy parking. Highly recommend taking advantage of the masseuse (Mimi) and the chef (Antonio) that come to the condo—both very affordable, professional, and excellent at their craft!

Took my family on a snorkeling vacation and the condo was great to accommodate all of us and they had plenty of gear for us during the stay. Diana helped us solve a question very promptly and was awesome in maintaining very good communications both before and during our stay. 11 stars – Perfect Stay at Paradise Condos!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Paradise Condos in Cozumel! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With three separate bedrooms, it was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy some space while still being together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the helpful information book provided was a fantastic touch—it made exploring the island so much easier. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio—watching the sunset from up there was absolutely breathtaking. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived and will definitely be coming back to Paradise Condos again. Highly recommend!

AMAZING

Definitely want to stay again!! The snorkeling right off the beach was our favorite. Gorgeous spot with comfortable beds, cute rooms, amazing balcony and access to the roof and we had the beach and pool pretty much to ourselves (in April). Our trip was a girls trip and we wanted a relaxing place to just “be,” and that’s what we got! We didn’t do any excursions or go into town, but we didn’t need to with the wonderful restaurants right next door and small shops, although if you wanted to it’s not that far away via taxi. Such an organized, helpful couple/group to rent from with all the information ready before you go, including maps and ideas. It was hard to leave, but we plan to be back! Thank you!!

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay. We have been to this condo complex before but a different condo. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. They provided fruit, coffee and a few beers for the guys. It is so cute with all the bright colors and a spectacular view of the ocean. Diana was amazing. She did some grocery shopping, booked us taxis, answered all texts so quickly. She is such a sweet person. We will be back

Absolute PERFECTION

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely gorgeous! So many small details, including all the handmade furniture were just stunning. The property has beautiful flowers all around. The property is the perfect distance from town. Diana responded and provided all the information so timely. She was the kindest person! We called her on the way to the airport because we thought we had our passports and she immediately was driving over to the condo to check for us. I didn’t ask her to do that. She also addressed a small issue with the hot water, but it was fixed right away with maintenance. She is top notch, property manager.!!! if you like snorkeling, you can see it all right from this beach and on down the beach. If you get tired, you can just get out of the water and walk back up and go down again. The current sort of pulls to the right if you’re looking at the beach. We really can’t wait to return and stay longer. Next time. Cozumel is a very special island! Be sure to rent a car from Sunrise Services and check out the whole island! This place is magical! We had a spacious parking spot, the condo was extremely well appointed with so many towels etc., which was amazing! A full washer and dryer! We honestly want to live there! And don’t forget to go up on the rooftop there’s little swings and furniture and you can watch the sunset up there. It’s gorgeous! We went up there several times and no one was ever up there even though it’s a shared rooftop. We definitely will be back!!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Paradise Condos. We enjoy the location, as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of town. The only draw back is the beach club next door plays their music louder than we prefer. But it’s not crowded at the condo complex and you get the ocean access and a pool.The condo itself was very nice. It was clean, and had everything you could need. The master bed was a little hard, and the water took a very long time to get warm. But everything else was great!The best part of our stay, is the property manager, Diana. She’s a large reason why we booked a second time. She responds to texts, get groceries if needed, gives local recommendations and is just the absolute BEST!If you are looking for a later back experience with privacy, we highly recommend Paradise condos!

Perfect for all of us!

This was a vacation we will all remember as one of the best! For four adults and 2 kids this condo had everything we needed and all the space to enjoy ourselves for six days. So much beach gear, coolers, chairs, snorkel equipment, and more. Quiet, lovely grounds which are nicely landscaped and well maintained, clean, freshly painted buildings. Safe convenient parking for our rental car. Restaurants with snorkeling on both sides. Plenty of small restaurants and other fun spots close by. We all enjoyed a whole day lazing around the pool and swimming right from our own little beach. Diana was always available to communicate. She facilitated a very easy stay for us.We were sad to leave and would love to plan another stay here.

Great Snorkeling

Unit was clean and spacious and communication excellent before and during our stay. Parking on site was easy. We enjoyed the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach at the complex. Had a great experience at the Chankanaab National Park which is just a few minutes away.The manager, Diana, was very responsive and helpful. Large jugs of purified water were provided and replaced as needed. We recommend this prooerty.

An Ideal Condo

Our group of four goes to Cozumel every year, and this was our favorite lodging we've ever had. The condo was quiet, clean, has comfortable beds, the kitchen was very well-outfitted and all the appliances, plumbing, etc worked well. Our on-site manager/contact was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful. The location was perhaps the best feature of all, we felt more relaxed by having no reason to pass through downtown, until it was time to return to the airport. We go to Coz to snorkel, and Paradise Condos are very close to our favorite two spots, Money Bar and Sky Reef. Thank you James, Kellery, and Diana!

Perfect Place

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved the location, the condo was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They had towels, cleaning supplies, a very well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need for playing in the water, and an excellent property manager in the area who was very responsive to our questions. The ONLY complaint was the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but we were so exhausted each day that it didn’t matter. Would definitely rent again.

LOVED this condo!!

We absolutely loved Jim and Kellery’s condo!! Beautiful decor, spacious and super clean! Plenty of bottled water and yummy fruit. Super quiet area but close to everything. Great pool and incredible views from the HUGE deck. The furniture is beautiful. Great WiFi (love expat channels!!) They provided an incredible info book (in advance!) with recommendations, maps and info about Cozumel and the condo. We will definitely stay here when we go back to Cozumel!! ❤️

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful View

This property was much more than I expected. We had an unblocked view of the ocean and the sunset from our front balcony and living room. The kids enjoyed laying in the hammock on the balcony and reading. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The owners stock everything you would ever need. The kitchen was will stocked and there were even ice packs in the freezer! There were snorkels, fins, goggles, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, and plenty of towels (beach and bathroom) for our use. The pool was great and snorkeling in the ocean, just steps away, was also a plus. The property manager, Diana, was exceptional. She came over to help us when the safe was not working properly and at the end of our trip she made a special trip to the airport to deliver some things we had accidently left behind. If we ever make it back to Cozumel, we will stay here again!

Dive trip with kids

Gorgeous location, beautiful sunsets, great snorkeling. Just a great time. Away from middle of downtown and cruise ship crowds, but only 5 minute ride away.

Family vacation

Nice place that was as advertised. Great views from deck, and rooftop palapa. Good snorkeling right from condo beach. Saw angels, puffer, parrot fish and many others. Would stay again.

Fishing Trip

The condo was well decorated and fully equipped. The beach ares and pool were also very well kept. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable

Our group of 6 friends stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying the view! We had a few minor problems along the way, but they were resolved quickly! Thank you for sharing your condo with our group. Would not hesitate to rent again!
