The Space:
Welcome to "Sea La Vie," a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb retreat boasting a magnificent ocean view and a spacious, sun-drenched balcony.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed layout. Downstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with built-in robes (BIR), perfect for storing your belongings. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a welcoming family room featuring a TV, creating a comfortable space for relaxation. The main bathroom, complete with a shower and bath, offers a luxurious retreat, while a separate toilet adds convenience. For added practicality, a European-style laundry is also available, along with access to a charming enclosed courtyard.

Upstairs, prepare to be captivated by the expansive open plan kitchen/dining area and main living space, adorned with picturesque water views. Unwind in style as you enjoy entertainment on the smart TV. The third bedroom, featuring a BIR and en-suite with a shower and toilet, ensures privacy and comfort. Please note that the single car garage is not available for guest use.

Heating/Cooling Systems:
Comfort is a top priority at "Sea La Vie." Upstairs, a reverse cycle wall mounted air-conditioner in the open plan living area allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking. Additionally, ceiling fans are installed in all the bedrooms and both living rooms, providing a refreshing breeze. Mobile heaters are available in all three bedrooms, and electric blankets are provided for all beds, ensuring warmth and coziness for every guest.

"Sea La Vie" accommodates up to 9 guests in complete comfort:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): King bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Tri-bunk (top bunk suitable for a child)
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen bed
Downstairs living room: Divan/sofa bed, convertible into a double bed, suitable for 2 adults or children.
Please note: The Tri-bunks feature a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Please note that this property is located in a residential area and we would like to ask all guests to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Also please do not park a car on the neighbours driveway or block access for other users.
