A peaceful and restorative holiday.

We loved the flat: it was decorated and equipped to a high standard but the high point was sitting on the terrace every evening watching the house martins flying above the garden catching insects on the wing at dusk and then watching small bats doing the same thing as night fell. A very peaceful and restorative holiday home. Label the cutlery draw - it took two of us 3 searches of the kitchen to find it because it fits so seemlessly into the utensils draw!

Solent Gardens Dream Property

There are so many things to love about this property. It’s a beautiful space and feels like home. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house. Everything you can possibly think of and more. Lovely finishing touches. The location is amazing and we have had such a wonderful time. Easily accessible hosts if needed. We have had a difficult time as a family over the past year and this has made us all so incredibly happy, we cannot thank you enough. best wishes Marie and family. I cannot think of a single improvement to suggest. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Absolutely Superb!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Garden apartment and could not recommend it enough. We will definitely be back! As a family of 5 and one dog the apartment was beautifully presented and excellently equipped. Every room is immaculate, very spacious and with lots of thoughtful touches which made our stay feel easy, luxurious and we all felt immediately at home. I particularly enjoyed that every room had its own ensuite/bathroom which allowed us all to get up and out in the morning with no fuss or queues for a shower! The view from the private outside terrace was glorious and our puppy dog had plenty of room in the enclosed garden to safety sniff about and play. The apartment is located less than a minute walk from the beach and it was a very pleasant 10 minute walk into town along the sea front. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more and really cannot wait to return! Thank you so much to our hosts and the Holiday Island Company for helping us create some very happy family holiday memories.
