"The host was great, sent us check-in information days in advance.Being less than 10 minutes from the square was so helpful as we made multiple trips down there during our stay.The house was clean, in great condition, and a lot of space. There is a huge backyard that my son loved running around in. Smart tvs in each room so we could log into our streaming accounts. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal you bring. "the property allows events however she did not have the price of guest allowed stated on the original post, and its 50 per person who comes in, and not at a time. she threatened to call the authorities because we had one friend come to the house and leave and then another came, only 3 people in the house. she tried to charge me for 8 people (600) and then 200 for cleaning because there was a couple of grocery bags of trash (she supplied ONE trash bag) and there were drinks in the refrigerator."
