Brand New Suite Close to Mt. Washington, Cumberland Bike Trails and the Ocean.

  • We have a brand new large furnished studio suite. The suite is in The Ridge, a new development in the Comox Valley close to Royston and the South end of Courtenay.

    The suite will accommodate guests who would prefer to stay in a modern, tastefully decorated, comfortable suite in a new home rather than a hotel. It is suitable for those visiting or working temporarily in the Comox Valley. The suite is above our garage. It is bright, has partial views of the ocean, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The suite has its own private entrance, a designated parking spot close to the entrance and bike and ski storage. An internal staircase is used to access the suite.

    Features of the suite include:

    King size bed
    Fully equipped kitchen
    65” TV
    Sofa bed with queen size mattress
    Dining set
    Full bathroom
    Washer/dryer
    Parking space
    Secure ski/bike storage - please bring your own padlock

Great location , just a nice place to stay. Bed, TV , kitchen all excellent plus the utensils for the kitchen were great. Bathroom also nice a big, enjoyed our stay

The host is awesome! Great communication and the place was as described and super clean. Beautiful neighbourhood. We go to Courtenay three times a year and this is our new go to place. We will be booking again for our fall vacation.

It was disappointing that there was no place to sit and enjoy the Mountain View and we did not meet the owner. But the accommodation was fine, comfortable, and clean, with great amenities to make our stay enjoyable and a respite from road travel.

We had a lovely stay with our kids. The location was perfect and made it very easy to travel to Mount Washington. The place was comfortable and worked well for a family. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always in touch, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

We could not have been happier with our visit. The suite was gorgeous, well-equipped and super relaxing. We had pretty views through many windows. The location was in close proximity to all we wanted to see and do. Communication with the homeowner was easy and enjoyable. Would not hesitate to recommend this delightful spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the suite. It's not often that the reality is even better than the photographs, but we were so impressed by the layout, the comfort and the thoughtfulness of the rental. We had everything we needed for our stay, plus many extra touches that made it even better. The central location was perfect - an easy drive to the coast, to Cumberland and into Courtney. It was nice to meet our hosts, and we felt very welcome. The little outdoor storage unit was a great touch to keep the bike secure. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

The suite was very clean, quiet, spacious and well-equipped. The view of the mountains is great. Nearby paths were good for walking and jogging and lead down all the way to the water. The hosts were friendly and communication with them was good. The bed was comfortable. All in all, it was a great place and we’ll stay there again the next time we’re back.

Beautiful spot, apartment is brand new and spotless. Sunrise view of the ocean and mountains, very convenient drive to the mountain. Will be my first pic for boarding trips!

This property was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was well appointed and it was clear that thoughtful care and attention was given to making guests feel comfortable. Hosts were lovely and very responsive to any communication. Thank you so much! We will be back.

The unit was perfect! Thoughtfully laid out, thoughtfully stocked, and clean as a whistle. Nicole and Cameron were so quick to reply and super accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and be happy to do a longer stint as it’s set up well for cooking and relaxing. Much more to offer than just a space to crash! (Comfy bed too). Nothing but praise for these hosts and this unit.
