This 210 m² historic farmhouse combines charm and modern comfort to create a unique setting within the history-laden walls of this former Magnanerie.



You'll be able to enjoy every moment of the day thanks to a variety of sheltered and open-air outdoor spaces.



The swimming pool, with a brand new pool liner and its maximum height of 1.20 m, is ideally safe for children, while lovers of swimming and diving can take advantage of our beautiful rivers nearby.

A key to the village tennis court opposite the mas is at your disposal (bring your own equipment).



The fully equipped indoor kitchen allows you to prepare all your favorite dishes, while the summer kitchen, featuring two hotplates and a plancha, invites you to enjoy the simple pleasure of shared summer meals around the large table next to the pool.



On the ground floor, four charming independent bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, open onto a tranquil garden and the magnificent, unoverlooked inner courtyard.



The other two bedrooms upstairs are ideal for a family. Arranged in a row, you'll pass through the bedroom with 2 bunk beds and the bathroom with bathtub to reach the air-conditioned adult bedroom with private terrace.



The property boasts a total of 3 bathrooms.
