Flocon de Neige – Ski-In / Ski-Out Apartment in Courchevel 1650 (Moriond), Three Valleys
Flocon de Neige is a ski-in, ski-out apartment in Courchevel Moriond (1650), ideally located within the well-managed Domaine de l’Ariondaz. With direct access to the Three Valleys ski area, the largest linked ski area in the world, it provides an excellent base for exploring Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Orelle.
Sleeping up to six guests, the apartment has been fully renovated from its original 1960s décor to create a warm, comfortable and practical alpine home. It is particularly well suited to families or small groups, and ideal for four guests sharing in comfort while still offering flexibility for larger parties.
Location & Access
The apartment is located on the top of three floors (with a penthouse above) in the first apartment block of the Domaine de l’Ariondaz. The building is served by a lift that opens directly outside the apartment door, making arrival, departure and daily access effortless. The lift also provides direct access to the ski locker level and the exit leading to the slopes.
Courchevel Moriond (1650) is known for its sunny aspect, relaxed atmosphere and excellent skiing, offering a more laid-back feel than Courchevel 1850 while retaining fast lift access and high-quality pistes. Shops, bars and restaurants are a short walk away, and Courchevel 1850 can be reached in around five minutes via the free ski bus, which stops directly outside the residence and runs frequently throughout the day and late into the evening.
Ski-In / Ski-Out & Three Valleys Access
Flocon de Neige benefits from genuine ski-in, ski-out access via the free Petit Moriond gondola, located approximately one minute from the boot room door. This gondola links directly to the ski front in Moriond and, via a short connecting piste, to the Ariondaz high-speed chairlift, providing fast access into the wider Three Valleys.
At the end of the day, guests can ski back via the blue Cépes piste, returning conveniently to the ski locker before taking the gondola back up to the residence. This easy access makes the apartment particularly popular with families and mixed-ability groups.
