"Property is going thru renovations, so I understand some of the clutter. But my room had no toilet paper OR even a toilet rack to put it on. That should never be a detail that is overlooked. Also the shower door opens opposite to the controls. no way to turn on shower without getting wet. Even with lowered expectations, these are details that no hotel should overlook."

"The hotel is new and it has a good location. However, the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Besides, the breakfast service is a Starbucks dispatch counter / kiosk, instead of a hotel breakfast, as I expected. I had booked a room including breakfast, but the hotel staff could not see it in my reservation. It's not the first time that I have this issue with Hotels.com, which appears very deceiving and unreliable. "

"We have stayed at The Guest Lodge several times and it is reliably clean, comfortable, and staffed with outstanding personnel. They make you feel welcome and when you check out, they always ask “how was your stay?” There is something “homey” about The Guest Lodge that our family enjoys and we always look forward to our stay there on our trips to and from FL."

"Very clean hotel, quiet, close to everything. The only bad thing i discovered was the bathroom door was difficult to close all the way. Was also difficult to open it back once you did get it closed"

The breakfast was excellent and the woman who maintained the food and the cleanliness of the area was right on top of it.
