"Room was great, fancy tiles in bathroom area, breakfast was solid, hot tub good, pool is half indoors half outdoors with a barrier but nothing separating water in December so was great for cold plunging after hot tub, not so much for normal swimming. Exercise room has some cardio and lighter weights. "

Room was fine but we had some problems with charging of our phones, as our European power converters didn't quite fit in the wickets. We need some more USB charger ports please. Great service with complimentary drinks and small dinner items. Fine and fresh. Our breakfast could use some bacon perhaps as well as some better yogurts and fresh bread. "The room was fantastic. It was the first snowy day of the season! The room was clean and fresh with plenty of towels for all of us to shower. The pool was a welcome sight after traveling in the cold weather. The arch and Riverboat reservation were canceled due to inclement weather conditions. We did the pool, snacks and drinks. "Last week I attended a wedding at “The Principal Hotel” in Columbia, Illinois. I would like to start with the owner and the hotel staff. The way they greeted us made us feel truly welcome. The venue was a converted Catholic Abbey and school.
