"I’m a bit beside myself as the gal that checked me in needed a card for $100 deposit. I just saw that she charged me $150 of which it overdraft that card. I just called and talked to a gal and she told me that the $150 is correct but who checked me in made a mistake. So now I not only get a big check on my credit score but an overdraft of $45!! "Clean comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have EV plug ins, unfortunately they were out of service during our stay. Check with property if this is a requirement for you."

"I have a sole complaint: the showers were not very hot. Other than that, I had a very nice room, the workout facilities were really nice, the pool and hot tub weren't used by me, but were clean and functional. I want to especially speak on a staff member. I'm embarrassed to say that I neglected to get his name, but who I believe was the manager there found out about my child being in a car wreck and he was exceptionally kind: I will remember that long after this trip has faded from my memory."

"I stayed about 5-6 times, location is very good for me, but every time I stayed..., weed smell somewhere, somehow, would get inside the room, hotel is unique, with big potential, but structure used to house military personnel, so it doesn't feel like a real hotel, its something between motel and hotel, it's functional.. kinda.. not always, but with a twist and imagination how to make it work. Hmotel front desk is a separate building with a restaurant built in, and also where they do breakfast...

"This place saved me from staying at a terrible other spot. Nice place full kitchen and amenities, my only thing I would complain about is the spring mattress , other than that everything was awesome."

"I stayed for one night to watch a sporting event the following morning. Front desk check-in was fast and welcoming with a bottle of water and a small snack. Very friendly people work there. Room was going with strong AC and bed was very comfortable. Easily could’ve slept two more people in the fold out queen couch. Kitchenette was well equipped even though we didn’t really use anything but the fridge to keep drinks cold. The three minute drive from the property to Starbucks the next morning was...

"The hotel is right off a main road. Parking is very safe and well lit. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The gentleman was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with the room. The room was very clean and very quiet all night."

"Check in went smooth, and the rooms were already done upon arrival since we came from Hayward, so wasnt to sure if the rooms were ready for us. Nice breakfast here as well, cofffee, tea, and water station all day long at the lobby which is good service for the guest ! To bad they charge for the parking here $11 pr. Day shld be complimentary however, but thats my opinion where many hotels nearby offers free parking. "

However the individual and or family staying above me which I assume is room 205 was playing a horn or some sort of horn instrument 1:30 pm in the afternoon the first day of my stay. Which, I found to be rude staff was helpful in rectifying the issue. The food that is served could be a lot more better for the price you are paying to stay there and i didn’t like that paper plates and plastic utensils were used as well.
