Our cottage for 4 people is set up in a Sologne house, with an enclosed courtyard located in the center of the village, close to shops and all services.

Coullons is in the heart of Sologne, with its many fishing ponds, hiking trails (GR 3. Loire by bike, walk in the Loire with the boatmen, etc.) where it is good to relax.

The Loiret is rich in prestigious villages, marinas, castles, museums, parks, gardens and other vestiges bequeathed by history.

Walkers have great opportunities for excursions where the discoveries are multiple and varied. On the ground floor: a living room with kitchenette and lounge area (fireplace NOT usable), bedroom n°1 with 2 beds of 90, a separate shower room, separate toilet.

Upstairs: a landing in a relaxation area, bedroom n°2 with 2 beds of 90, a separate toilet.

Outside, you have a private courtyard closed by a gate, with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and plancha.
Parking: 1 space at the front of the house and 1 space at the back in the closed courtyard.

Heating included, sheets included and beds made on arrival. Towels and cleaning package optional. For long-term professional stays (from 15 days), cleaning package every 15 days.

Deposit of €300 for any rental or deposit of €700 with animals.
