We are not located on the property but are available remotely as needed. Our local team is available for any in-person needs during your stay.



Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Cottonwood, AZ. Surrounded by natural beauty, it`s conveniently located near all the activities Sedona and the Verde Valley and Sedona have to offer.



A car is highly recommended while traveling to the Cottonwood/Sedona area since Uber/Lyft is not readily available. The home has a large driveway with parking for up to 3 cars.



This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in fines and termination of the reservation.



Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

Upon our arrival, the dining room, kitchen floors and countertops were covered in what appeared to be sawdust. After contacting the property management, we were made aware a maintenance worker had been in the house and had not cleaned up their mess. The property management offered to have someone clean the house, but we took care of it. The trashcan outside was completely full upon arrival. We were instructed to leave the trash inside the house and it would be taken care of when we left. The dishwasher was not working and were only told when we sent a message to the property management. We stayed during the summer and the AC in the entire house could not hold temperature and it was the worst in the master bedroom. Upon arrival there was a box fan in the master bedroom running, so it indicated the issue was known the property management. One of the days the landscapers arrived to do work in the backyard and another day someone was checking the hot tub, however there was no prior notification of them coming, appearing in the backyard which is slightly concerning when we had our elementary age children playing in the yard.With this said, the place was as the pictures showed and described. When property management was contacted, they were quick to answer through email and text message. Any one of these things would not have been a problem had we known, however the property management seemed to be aware of all of the issues and we were not informed prior to arrival.

Accommodating and Quiet

The property was exceptionally well-managed and catered to our schedule and requirements. Situated near Town Cottonwood, the neighborhood offered a serene and picturesque setting. The property featured a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking essentials and appliances, meeting every need. Numerous amenities were available, including a TV, internet, games, and even a hot tub, but we regrettably did not have time to use them. Communication from the host was exemplary. Upon arrival, the house was clean, with towels thoughtfully arranged and local products provided for skin and hair care. In summary, an outstanding property that ensured a delightful stay.

Definitely a lovely home! Beds and bedding all super comfortable! Loved the big bathtub. Was able eat in thanks to resources and nice kitchen. Close to everything. Brought our dog and appreciated the doggie door. Would recommend!

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

We were in Cottonwood for a couple nights visiting family and this was an easy place to stay. We enjoyed sitting outside, having dinner with a shaded table. The house was very clean and convenient to downtown. Thanks!

Anniversary Trip

The house was fantastic! Everything was clean and the layout was perfect for our needs, easy access to the hot tub, & fully fenced in back yard for our pooch! The location was excellent for visiting the local attractions, Jerome, Sedona, Falgstaff... I would recommend this property when visiting the area.

Excellent spot in a very quiet neighborhood

We stayed here a couple of nights to get away for a bit. The house is excellent and if you're looking for quiet this is a spot for you. The hot tub was a highlight for sure. Beds are comfy, house is well stocked with amenities.

Sedona Close Getaway

Sedona is beautiful but navigating through town can be a bit daunting with all the tourists. Staying in Cottonwood was lovely. Plenty of places to eat, coffee shop drive thrus, and all the essentials. We loved staying at this pet friendly house. It was exactly as described probably one of the cleanest houses that I've stayed at. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Relaxing

The house and neighborhood were both really nice, we had a very relaxing time. The jacuzzi was an added bonus and my dogs loved the option of the doggie door. Very nice and clean. Will stay again in the future!

Well decorated and nicely located home

We booked for a last minute birthday weekend getaway. Home is close to downtown Cottonwood and a short trip away from Jerome. Loved that we were able to take both our dogs with us. It's all hard floors so if you bring your pets make sure you bring their beds too for sleeping (I was glad we did) The home was very well decorated, had most all the essentials you'd need and even a few snacks in the pantry. The hot tub was relaxing as well. The A/C struggled to stay down during the day by almost 10 degrees (was able to get to temp again in the evenings and was nice and cool for sleeping/early mornings) and there were some bug issues but the owner expressed they'd be getting some one out to take care of both those issues. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and hotel style duvet/pillows too. So we both slept good while we were there. Nice bath towels too. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely return and book this home again in the future!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs in tow! It was so nice with the doggy door and all the comforts of home. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Great yard for the kids and dogs to play. We would definitely stay here again. Clara was always super quick getting back to us with any info we needed.

A Great Home in Cottonwood

This was a great place to stay near so many awesome places! The dog had room to hang out outside which was important to us. Loved the hot tub!! Great decor inside and a cozy stay with great accommodation!

Great stay!

Cottonwood House

Overall -- enjoyed our stay. House was in excellent condition --looked to be new on VRBO and much of inside appeared to be remodeled recently. Outside fenced backyard a real plus, included a nice hot tub and grill. Great for our four legged family member. Gene Bradley
