"The hotel was clean and quiet and we couldn’t hear the noise from the freeway, even though it was nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast had quite a few things to chose from and was pretty good."

"Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town."

"First and foremost... I don't know if this was a seasonal thing or a permanent thing.. BUT THERE IS NO A/C!! Didn't have a choice really because by the time we got there it was already midnight and had prepaid for the stay (which I didn't see anything about this not being available) needless to say bring a fan if you plan on staying here. "Free laundry option is always appreciated. Television choice is fairly poor with many channels on in-room guide having no signal. This is second stay due to convenient and safe location; would stay again just on those terms. Only issue is to ask for room away from room 206 as occupant leaves door ajar and moans/chants loud enough to hear down hallway or blasts television. On both trips, the same situation so it might be a long term resident. "

"The breakfast was terrible, the worst eggs I have ever had in my life. I had to leave a day early and even though when I checked out a credit was applied to my bill the hotel manager reversed it so he decided that he wouldn’t allow a credit with no explanation. So between the terrible breakfast and lack of customer satisfaction not allowing a credit I will never stay there again."

"The front desk guy had his feet upon the desk and did not stand up til the very last minute to deal with us. He was not friendly at all. The room was fine. When we checked out the next morning a different guy was out on the couch in the lobby. He said we were good to go then asked my husband if he had a cigarette. Not professional at all."

"The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again"
