"We had a disappointing stay at the Elba Costa Ballena. Apparently the spa hasn't been working for a year (which it says on hotels.com with very small letters), the big pool was already closed (no where were there any information about this) and because of the renovation of the spa the fitness center was covered in dust. On the positive side the rooms are nice and spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast good."

"We had a wonderfull stay at the hotel. From the moment we checked in , when Christina was accommodating with our wishes for a specific room , with a balcony facing away from the pool area to the moment we checked out , we felt genuinely welcome. The pools are very well designed and kept and the pool bar was also great. Our stay had breakfast included and we found the service and the quality excellent. we enjoyed El Rompido , the nearby village on the beach and are gratefull for the...

"Dejligt hotel med en skøn beliggenhed. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor vand og by, men der er et lille tog, der kører derind hver time og forbindelsen er koordineret med færgen til stranden. Hotellets møblement er ved at trænge til udskiftning. Mange solsenge placeret omkring poolen, svært at komme til bruserne pga. solsengene stod tæt."

"Very welcoming hotel with great pool area. Due to the early season, there was plenty of parking available just outside the hotel. A short stroll from the hotel out to the amazing beach. The room was very clean and in good shape. "
