Hoteller nær Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club

"We had a disappointing stay at the Elba Costa Ballena. Apparently the spa hasn't been working for a year (which it says on hotels.com with very small letters), the big pool was already closed (no where were there any information about this) and because of the renovation of the spa the fitness center was covered in dust. On the positive side the rooms are nice and spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast good."

"The team was very attentive and flexible. Location is great. Short walking distance to the beach and the heart of downtown."

"Great staff (especially Manolo the night watch) and clean big rooms. A bit loud and noisy until 2300 but nothing some earplugs won’t block out. Close to beach and old town. "

"The food was great, the room was excellent, and the bar was super. The pools and pool bar were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the singer was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."
