"We really enjoyed our stay in an old mansion. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean, spacious and warm. We could hear the door closing in the corridor a few times but it did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast was perfect. We would recommend a stay at this hotel."

"We are on a family trip around UK. This is one of the better places we have stayed with clean room with lot of space. Very friendly staff, nice restaurant and very good facilities."

"Gammelt hotel. Rent og nydeligt, men også en speciel atmosfære. Alt for dyrt til prisen. Den ene aften fik vi super aftensmad og dårlig morgenmad. Næste dag det modsatte. Stor forskel i service fra dag til dag. Hav tålmodighed når du bestiller mad"

" Og a 3 Star hotel"

"Very friendly and helpful staff in a well presented well positioned hotel for getting around the wider area with lots of complementary parking. Rooms were large, well decorated and spotless. Generally very good."

"Well appointed, lovely room, highly recommended."

"The staff were so friendly and nice and the hotel location is amazing... I found myself next everything shops coffee restaurant and pubs and the best part is the sea view"

"Hyggeligt men lidt slidt. Fantastisk udsigt fra vores værelse. Venligt personale, men drop morgenmaden - den er vanvittig dyr i forhold til hvad man kan få andre steder i byen. "

"Meget lille snævert værelse, måtte fixe gardiner, dør meget utæt. Ligger fantastisk, men også gadelys lige ud for vinduet"

"Overall it was fine but I very expensive for what we actually got. The room was fine but small and the bed was not the best apart from that it was fine. I paid £140 for the night and breakfast which was continental was another £25 for the two of us. Very expensive for a room above a pub."

"Good large clean airy room, comfy pillows, bed bit uncomfortable due to having 2 single bed bases so felt the wood in the middle so couldnt sleep next to my fiance, would benefit with a mattress topper, supplied tea coffee etc and restocked when asked, we had a great stay."

"We’ve just returned from 4 nights at Tangaer Cottage and couldn’t recommend it more! It was the perfect base for our family of four (children aged 3 and 10) and our dog. The cottage was spotless, cosy and incredibly well equipped. Thoughtful essentials included milk, butter, bread, hot chocolate, coffee pods, cooking supplies, toiletries and dishwasher tablets. There were plenty of games, DVDs, books and a children’s book station. The kids loved the swings and slide, and the fire pit for...

"Better than expected, breakfast buffet good too."
