"Beautiful room and location, really felt very comfortable and everyone that worked there was lovely. Highly recommend, it was a really luxurious and comfortable place to stay"

"Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel. Plentiful overnight parking in the long stay carpark behind the hotel. Some traffic noise as it is an old building with single glazing but that is to be expected. "

The personal were very friendly. The hotel is in a pub - quite cozy.

"Its very peacefull and quite and clean.
Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery.
We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects.

We stayed at The Royston for 1 night - I wish it had been a week. Huge rooms, beautifully styled, super clean and with everything that you need to feel at home. Comfortable bed, huge shower and amazing artwork. Relaxing armchairs in our room with amazing views of the rolling hills and valley at the front of the house, perfect for switching off with a glass of wine.
Bruce and Kelly are the most generous and hospitable hosts, and went above and beyond for us - I forgot some dresses in the...

"What an elegant, well presented and comfortable house in which to stay! Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. "We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again.
The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite.
Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly!

"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows.
