Enjoy a day at nearby Rockport Beach or go on a shopping spree at the local boutiques before visiting a delicious neighborhood bistro, all a quick drive away.

LIVING AREAS

Gather in the sun-filled living room, with ample seating for your whole group, and take in a film on the 55” flat screen TV. Or convene around the coffee table for a game night full of laughs.

The living room sofa folds out to reveal an extra bed for additional sleeping options.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a double sink, and a glass-top range are some of the fantastic features this kitchen boasts.

Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen table with seating for four, or gather around the dinner table set for six for a family-style feast. You also have the option of eating meals out on the screened-in lanai.

Visit a locals’ favorite, the Boiling Pot; this lively long-running joint serves heaps of Cajun-spiced boiled seafood in down-home beachy digs. If you are in the mood for Mexican food try Los Comales, just down the road.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
