Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This beach chic property is located at the best location for sunsets, Pathway by the Sea. 1min walk to the beach, your toes will touch the sand. The smell of the open air and salt life is just what you need for some Vitamin Sea.

How about an escape from your busy schedule and take a trip to North Padre Island for some Island Time!

This property is a ground-floor condo with access to the outdoor community pool, hiking trails, and the beach just right outside the front door. This property accommodates guests with a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, and beachy modern decor throughout. This complex offers a great outdoor heated pool with a shallow area for kiddos. The complex turns off the pool heater from December 1 to March 1. Plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a fresh tan! Whitecap Beach is less than a 1min walk. The complex provides a private trail to beach access.

Bedroom 1:
Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that will ensure a great nights rest after a long day in the sun. Relax in the bed and enjoy your downtime with a Smart TV. Pack N Play in closet (always in property).

Bedroom 2:
Offers a full bunk on bottom and twin on top with a twin pullout underneath to get the young ones tucked away for the night...or adults. Turn on that flat screen Smart TV to enjoy movies at night.

Bathroom:
A walk in bathroom that offers step-free access into the shower, plus a shower chair for guests with limited mobility.

The Living Area:
Offers a Sofa and a sitting chair. The sofa can turn into a queen bed and accommodate 2 guests. At the end of the day you may need some down time from all that fun, enjoy Netflix and multiple apps with some popcorn on the large wall mounted TV.

This property sleeps 6 adults and 2 children comfortably.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table can seat 5 and the kitchen island can seat 2.

Outside:
You will have a furnished patio with plenting of seating. There is a table in the patio to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or to enjoy a cold one while listening to the ocean waves.

What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dish soap and dishwasher pods)

*Bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper)

*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray)

*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop)

*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Please provide your own beach towels to use!

You will have access to the entire condo.

The beach is within walking distance. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking.

*No pets are allowed at this property.

*You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.

*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.

*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees. 
($500 minimum fee)
