This second-floor retreat is ideal for a family escapade or even a romantic getaway to the beach with your significant other. Inside, you'll come across quaint beach-themed interior decor that will surely help you get in the mood for a visit to the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen will be perfect to let your creativity flow and surprise your friends with mouth-watering meals or beach snacks - you can stock up on groceries and goodies at any of the nearby grocery stores and save up some cash. Once mealtime is over, gather around the flatscreen TV for an entertaining afternoon watching a fun movie or series before heading to the beach or to the shared outdoor swimming pool. Or you can visit the sauna for an even more relaxing afternoon. Back at home, you'll have the convenience of a private washer/dryer combo to clean up your towels, bathing suit, and everything you carried with you.

This family-friendly retreat offers an unbeatable location only 500 yards away from Whitecap Beach! You'll also be close to plenty of dining options. North Padre Island sits with the Gulf of Mexico on one side, accessible by the Packery Channel, and the quiet waters of Laguna Madre on the other. From kayaking to kiteboarding, beachcombing to crabbing, these beautiful beaches are jam-packed with adventure.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
