The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and ample prep space, while the living area provides comfortable seating for unwinding after a day at the beach. Just outside, a covered patio with dining and lounge seating creates an easy extension of the living space, ideal for enjoying the coastal air.



Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms each feature their own en suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for families or small groups. A convenient half bath on the main level adds to the home’s thoughtful layout. With access to resort-style pools, direct boardwalk beach access, and the laid-back charm of Port Aransas, this home is a perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable coastal getaway.
