The Salty Texan Beach House is brand new! Be one of the first to experience a beautiful newly built home with vacationers in mind! With 4 Bedrooms (2 Kings with private bathrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Bunk Room and 3rd full bathroom), everyone will have plenty of space! Beautifully finished and comfortably furnished! Welcome to the Salty Texan! This gorgeous, brand new 4 Bedroom Beach House, was just built in the brand new community of Port Aransas, Mahi Bay. This neighborhood backs up to part of the nature preserve for bird watchers, enjoying the best sunsets on the island, and watching the ships pass in the channel, all while being about 8 blocks to the beach and less than 5 minutes to everywhere in Port Aransas!

Driving up to the Salty Texan, you'll have about 3-4 parking spots in the driveway, based on vehicle size. Boat parking is allowed.

Enjoy this downstairs area while grilling or chilling, with an outdoor TV, seating around the fire pit and outdoor dining! Sip on your cocktails or lemonade and feel the sea breeze.

Salty Texan has a beautiful outdoor space but for those who enjoy being indoors, you will have all of the comforts and conveniences of home with beautiful finishes and furnishings.

Open the door to a spacious living area, well stocked kitchen with everything you need need to prep, cook, serve and dine, center island bar and dining table with chairs. This space is perfect for the entire family/friends to gather after a day at the beach or catching fish. Ample seating for everyone!

Down the hall, you will find a washer/dryer available for guest use and 4 bedrooms: 2 King Suites with Private Bathrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Bunk Room with 2 bunks (twin over twin). Please note the bunks are for children and not for adults. Max weight is 200 lbs on the bunk beds.

Home Truths:
- Please be aware that this home is not accessible by golf cart. Golf carts cannot be delivered or rented at this property.
- Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
- There are stairs present at the property.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. This is a new community and homes are being built in the area.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year
- The bunk beds have a weight limit of 200 lbs and are for children, not adults.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
- Boat parking is allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Overall we enjoyed a very nice stay here and would definitely consider coming back. The home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook, and there was plenty of space for our family of 7. We especially enjoyed the fenced-in space under the house, it was great for eating outdoors, watching movies in the evening, and playing games at the picnic tables. The only downside is the location. VRBO's location shows the home in walking distance to the beach. The actual location is across the highway(bay-side, not beach side) and a few miles north. So it was hard to find and we had to drive to the beach instead of walking.

Nice and clean. Property was centrally located. a 5 minute drive to anywhere on the Island. Great outdoor family area with TV. We will definitely be back.
