The kitchen offers a cook-top stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. There is a spacious screened porch for dining, card games, or to enjoy the gulf breezes.
Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets under 25lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
