From here, it's just a short drive to Rockport Beach, boat tours, fishing, dining, and shopping. On blue-sky days, take a 16-mile drive to Goose Island State Park for hiking and kayaking, or cast a line off the park's 1,620-foot-long fishing pier. Drive eight minutes and learn about everything from pirates to oil drilling at Texas Maritime Museum. From here, stroll to the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor or meander to Rockport Beach and sprawl out beside the Gulf. Laid-back eateries are also just a short drive from home.

An adventure by the Gulf awaits at this single-floor coastal home with tall ceilings and a breezy open-concept design. Up the wooden staircase, you'll find your private covered deck with outdoor seating - a serene, relaxing spot with morning coffee. Inside, light pours into an open living, dining, and kitchen area with wooden floors throughout. Rustle up a feast after hitting the beach in a large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and sparkling white cabinetry offering plenty of storage. Steps away, share leisurely lunches and evening meals around a rustic wood dining table surrounded by four chairs and a window side bench.

Relax in the breezy main living area. Sink into a plush leather sofa or sofa bed, then watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch TV above a driftwood-inspired table. A hallway leads to a laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer just off this space. Nearby, the main bedroom has a cushioned-scattered queen bed draped in light blue linens. Get ready for the day at leisure in an en suite bath. Catch your favorite shows on private TVs in the bedrooms.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
