This refined rental is located in the prestigious Palmilla Beach Resort, with access to lavish amenities including a gorgeous pool, boardwalk to the beach, on-site dining, and beach gear/rentals. Enjoy Gulf and Bay views from three balconies at this immaculate home.

It’s just across the street from the resort-style Seaside Swim Center with concierge guest services. The heart of Port Aransas is a short drive away, offering shopping and dining options.

ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE

Colorful coastal furniture in the living room provides plenty of seating around a 65” TV. The sectional opens to reveal a queen sleeper. A top-floor bonus living area doubles as a sleeping space with a sleeper sofa, four reading nooks with electrical outlets, a 50” TV, and game table.

This luxuriously-equipped kitchen features quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked with every type of cookware needed for all occasions -- including a crab/shrimp boil. Dine around the eight-seat table, or take a seat at the four-seat kitchen bar.

Out on the covered balcony, enjoy views of the resort grounds and gentle Gulf breezes.

Sweet dreams await on a king bed in the master suite, complete with a 43” TV, private balcony, and spa-like en-suite with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, 43” TV, and en-suite with tub/shower.

The top-floor third bedroom, you’ll find two XL twin beds with twin trundle beds underneath, as well as a sleeper sofa. A guest bath has a double vanity and tub/shower.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, an additional freezer in the garage, as well as parking for up to four cars (two in the garage, and two in the driveway) are provided.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

LOCATION

Palmilla Beach Resort is a sure bet for an exciting Port Aransas vacation. Reserve a golf cart to speed you straight to the sands, or relax in the seaside pool, where Friday night is movie night!

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
