Highlights of your stylish hideaway include two luxurious suites, two private balconies, and a gorgeous Great Room that's perfect for entertaining with vaulted selling, plush furnishing, lots of natural light, and a 65' smart TV and a half bath. Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Sample appetizers at the island bar, then gather for a home-cooked meal in the dining area. Or, dine alfresco outside. The two private balconies are perfect for catching a breeze.

This two-story home has four comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV. Comfort awaits in the tranquil downstairs master suite, appointed with a cloud-like king bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The downstairs guest suite is detailed with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Additional perks include complimentary WiFi, a tankless water heater, remote-controlled ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom suit with a full bathroom along with the flex room with bunk beds and a trundle.

Provided wristbands grant access to incredible resort amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season open year round (your home conveniently sits between the two pools). Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. During the summer you’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the new snack bar, REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
