This luxury detached condo is located in the gated Village Walk community with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) and is just steps from the front door. The grand dining table has seating for ten and three additional stools at the bar. Having a separate coffee bar is a bonus with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the hall closet for your convenience. There is also a half bath downstairs for guest use. This ground floor also offers a master bedroom (BR1) with King king-size bed, nightstands, closet, TV, and desk/workstation with a monitor. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious vanity and a large tile shower with a glass door and enclosure. More fun is to be had for the whole family by gathering around the fire pit in the outdoor seating area.
