This newly constructed townhome in the luxury Palmilla Beach Resort is the perfect getaway whether you’re looking for a siesta, a fiesta, or a little of both! Staying at “Casita Palmilla” includes access to Palmilla’s private beach experience, where Guest Services set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you! When you’re back at Casita Palmilla, walk 20 steps out the door to access one of two of the resort’s shared pools which are heated during winter months, golf course, and bar. Extra perks include a dedicated garage parking spot, covered decks with Adirondack chairs, 4K smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a ping-pong table, arcade cabinet, and two large living rooms for games, movies, and entertainment! The main living area has a 4K smart TV with Sonos speakers, while a pristine kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and French-door fridge. The top-floor lounge and bunk room present another place to kick back, fitted with another 4K smart TV, Sonos speakers, and two built-in bunks.

During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent! Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
