With five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, expansive gathering spaces, and a dedicated game room built for fun, this home is made for memory-making — whether you’re planning a family vacation, a friends’ getaway, or anything in between.

On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy living room stocked with games and direct access to the sunny patio, plus two master bedrooms — one with a private ensuite bath and another with a partial ensuite shared bathroom for flexible comfort.

Head upstairs to the second floor, where the heart of the home unfolds in an open, light-filled kitchen, dining, and living area — perfect for cooking, lingering over meals, and reconnecting with your crew. From here, step out onto the breezy balcony for Gulf-tinged air and golden-hour views. A third master suite with a spacious ensuite bath completes this level.

The third floor is all about fun and relaxation. A TV/game zone features a massive 98-inch screen and Xbox for movie nights or gaming marathons, while a kid-favorite bunk room and an additional spacious bedroom share a well-appointed bathroom.

Step outside and you’re just moments from Palmilla’s brand-new Waters Edge boathouse, sparkling pool, and state-of-the-art pickleball courts. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
