Kokomo J's is a luxury vacation house located in the beautiful Palmilla Beach Resort. Enjoy your own Shangri-La by the sea, a luxury refuge to get away from it all. While here, visit the Chapel on the Dunes three miles away, a 1930s historical landmark with frescoes on the interior chapel walls, by booking a tour through their official website. If you'd prefer something a bit more private, try the uninhabited San Jose Island by taking the ferry from the Fisherman's Wharf Pier. Stroll the sandy shores there admiring the picturesque views as you pick up seashells to immortalize your time there. It also serves as a great spot for bird-watching and fishing, so bring your pole and serenely cast a line.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

This gorgeous, whitewashed beach house boasts 3,350 square feet and features a large bunk room that sleeps eight -- a dream come true for kids! Interior designer finishes include custom whitewashed casing and shiplap walls, designer lighting with beach glass and oyster shells, Arhaus and Serena & Lily furnishings, and little details throughout that put this beach house in a class of its own.

Taking beaching to a new level, Kokomo J's boasts amenities perfect for a large group or multi-family. Find double washer/dryers, double dishwashers, a huge bunk playroom for the kids, an upstairs bedroom near the primary suite for parents or a nanny, and plenty of space throughout for privacy.

Just 1 block from the beach, this retreat offers views and sounds of the ocean from the front balcony! Kokomo J's spares no expense with luxury furnishings, custom lighting, and high-end kitchenware and appliances. Added perks include a state-of-the-art sound system throughout, a putting green, Fat Tire Bikes, a Traeger smoker and gas grill, TVs with Apple boxes in every bedroom, sand and beach toys galore, outdoor seating under the twinkling string lights, an upstairs great room, and an additional living area downstairs.

The primary suite features design furnishings from Arhaus and One Kings Lane, a luxury king bed, a reading area, a TV, a sound machine, and a private balcony. The spa-like bathroom has a soaking tub and shower. A second bedroom with a queen bed and TV is located upstairs near the primary suite. Just down the hall, a full bath has a shower. Downstairs, the sea turtle green third bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and direct access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Ample light and shiplap walls create a fun beach house feel. As blue as the ocean, the fourth bedroom is also located downstairs and features a king bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom. A kid’s vacation dream, the fabulous bunk room features two twin-over-full bunk beds, a twin-over-twin bed, a swing, and a TV area with a large sectional. It's the perfect room to play games, build forts, and watch movies.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
