The Pink Pelican is a stilt home in town with a rear stairwell entrance and balcony, a perfect place to sip your morning coffee while taking in views of the wetlands and nature preserve. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and cool off in the private pool below. Small children will love playing in the shallow tanning ledge area of the pool and the use of the pool toys supplied by the owner. Unwind at the end of the day in the fenced backyard, under the covered area on the sectional, or on Adirondack chairs while grilling up the day's catch on the charcoal grill. Inside, the living room offers plenty of seating with a couch and five matching accent chairs for gathering and watching movies on the TV with cable. The kitchen is well-appointed with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a toaster oven, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for all of your cooking necessities. Dine at the table with seating for six and four additional stools at the breakfast bar. There is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a hallway closet for your laundering needs. Venture to the master bedroom (BR1) outfitted with a King bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV and accent chairs for reading a book by the large window. The ensuite bathroom provides double granite vanities and a tub/shower. The guest room (BR2) is furnished with a Queen bed, closet, nightstands, chest, and TV. The second guest room (BR3) comprises a Twin over Full bunk bed, nightstand, closet, chest, and TV and has floor space for kids to spread out and play. These rooms share a hall bathroom containing a granite vanity and tub/shower. There is parking for four vehicles in the driveway, but no parking on the road. Book your stay to bring your family and friends to Pink Pelican, an ideal location in town, just 0.4 miles to shops and restaurants, 1.1 miles to nightlife, and 1.3 miles to the beach.

Marsh collects mosquitos..a ton..place was nice but filthy..diety dishes linen ge es on bedding we had to clean and wash items..they gave me a refund of 87 dollar's not my cup of tea! No BBQ pit..

I loved the house and the wetlands view. What I didn't like the kitchen is really lacking. One butter knife & 1 small paring knife. The ugly is very stained carpet in bedrooms. Have reached out to Management and nothing. I would still stay here tho.

We stayed here for a family trip and it was absolutely perfect for us. We were 6 adults, with a baby and a small dog. The home was very comfortable and spacious and the pool was amazing! This was in a great location just minutes away from restaurants, shops and the beach. As a small note... The property could use with a slight touch up/updates on some of the paint, rugs, kitchen cabinets, etc. but really did not hinder our stay and would definitely return! Thank you!

We stayed here with another couple and their kid. The kids enjoyed the bunk room - there was plenty of space for all of us. The fenced yard with a pool was perfect for when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. I suggest bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash since the home was only stocked with cheap 2:1 wash. Bring your own laundry detergent if you want to do laundry while there - we couldn’t find any in the home while we were there. Otherwise, the stay was really enjoyable. The living and dining areas were larger than the pictures made them seem!

We had awesome time! Shout out to the repair people. The dryer in the unit was thumping really bad. Contacted the manager he sent out the repair people. They said we need a new one. The guy in charge said he was going to try and get us one that day and he did. Thanks so much for going above and beyond! We had a wonderful time and made a lot of memories!

The house was nice, a little smaller than it looks in pictures. We had a blast as always, the pool was awesome! Kitchen stuff is very minimal, take your extra pans, can opener, spices, oil etc. The wifi never worked the password on binder and router. We left msg on arrival but it was after hours, no one ever replied. It's super close to everything, stores, restuarant and beach. All in all it was great, we would stay again!!!

The home was clean and accurate to the listing! The best part of the home was the private pool! The home was stocked with very basic essentials if there is anything you need for stays I would bring (including bed pillows). The internet never worked if this is a requirement for your stay which was inconvenient but we enjoyed our weekend away and purpose for this rental!

I never write bad reviews but I was so frustrated and at a loss when we finally received word from owner or management company after trying to get a hold of them for over a week to make sure our payment went through (it said it had not so we were nervous) so we knew our trip was good and confirmed. We heard all was well a week before we arrived to the vrbo. They sent us the address the day before arrival which was not where they had advertised the location. I even have a screen shot of where they advertised it and it was almost a half a mile away and across a busy street, not in the beach side as they had said and marked with a drop pin. I couldn’t do anything about it because we already had friends meeting us there with small children. This was so disappointing and completely false advertising. The house was nice and clean, pool was hot due to the heat but nicely kept. We made due and had our fun but still can’t believe the lack of response (we finally heard from them a million times the day before and day of but nothing before that, I have always had fantastic communication with owners and management on other vrbo rentals and we rent a lot!) I do not know how they can advertise one location and give you another, with the same picture of the house close to the beach! Wouldn’t deal with this company again! Sad

Enjoyed this property. The private pool is what we wanted for an all girls weekend trip- and it delivered. Beds were comfy, shower pressure was amazing! Would stay here again.
