AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

The chef’s kitchen is a true highlight, anchored by a large island with seating for five and equipped with Dacor, LG, and Bosch appliances, two dishwashers, multiple beverage fridges, a standalone ice machine, and a generous pantry. A cozy breakfast nook seats ten, while the custom oak dining table seats eight for more formal meals. The living room opens directly to a spacious balcony, allowing ocean breezes and Gulf views to flow effortlessly indoors. Sonos sound systems throughout the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bunk room elevate both entertaining and everyday moments.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
Driftwood Waves sleeps up to 14 guests across five spacious bedrooms. Three rooms feature king beds, one offers a queen, and the bunk room is outfitted with two twin-over-queen bunks — ideal for kids or flexible groups. Four bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms with oversized showers, elegant finishes, ceiling fans, and dimmer lighting.

Both the primary suite and the bunk room open to private balconies with ocean views. A whimsical kids' room tucked beneath the stairs adds a touch of magic, and a third-floor lounge serves as additional sleeping or hangout space. Bedrooms are generously sized and well appointed, though they do not include walk-in closets.

If a pet is found on the premises, Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals and/or the homeowner reserve the right to immediately evict the renter without refund, at any hour. An automatic, non-refundable penalty fee of $1,000 will be charged to the reservation, along with any additional cleaning or damage fees incurred.
