  • Wake up to the Gulf breeze and start your morning with coffee on the balcony while watching ships pass through the nearby channel. Our cheerful, beachfront 2-bedroom condo at Coral Cay puts you just steps from the sand, with beautiful Gulf views right from the living room balcony.

    Grab your beach bag and follow the private boardwalk across the beautifully landscaped 7-acre property straight to one of the best beaches in South Texas. After a day in the sun, take a dip in one of two swimming pools, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy dinner outdoors at one of the pergola-covered BBQ areas.

    Our favorite place may be the balcony. Settle into the tall beach chairs, feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves, and simply enjoy being in Port A.

    Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, fully furnished retreat designed for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room features an oversized sofa, Smart TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils—everything you need for an easy breakfast or a freshly cooked dinner.

    Both bedrooms feature comfortable pillow-top Denver Mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom overlooks the main pool, while the guest bedroom has views of the second pool and grilling area. The condo also has its own private stairway, adding a little extra privacy and convenience.

    When you’re ready to explore, some of Port Aransas’ favorite restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream spots, and conveniences are just a walk or short golf-cart ride away. Paradise Pond, Charlie’s Pasture, the marina, fishing excursions, and pirate boat tours are also nearby.

    Whether you’re planning a family beach vacation, a couples getaway, or a trip with friends, our condo is a place to slow down, kick off your flip-flops, and enjoy island life.

    We provide your bed and bath linens—just pack your beach towels, sunscreen, and beach toys. Your Port A getaway is waiting!

Very close to the beach was a huge plus! Host was so great offered us places to visit and eat. Condo is super cute and had great amenities for cooking and having some family time. Thanks again for a great stay!

Perfect location that is 5 minutes from most things Port A has to offer. A short walk over the boardwalk to the beach with views of the water from the patio. We are already planning a return trip!

Perfect little spot for a family to enjoy the beach and Port A. It’s easy to get to everything, but not smack dab in the middle of it so it’s still quiet and private. Getting to the beach itself takes just a minute and it’s a private walk that isn’t open to the public. Place was nice and clean, and ready for us. My kids went nuts for the bunk beds and loved finding all the shells around the condo. Thank you for hosting us!

This condo is a wonderful place to stay on the beach! It is clean, in a great location and has a nice view. We loved hearing the water from the back deck and seeing all of the birds. It was very convenient to walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The host was very communicative and gave us great restaurant/shopping recommendations. We look forward to visiting again!

We truly enjoyed this condo. Super close to the beach. Condo had great space, was clean, well equipped, and check- in was so easy. Had a terrific time and definitely recommend it to others!

Quick beach weekend

The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. The bunk bed was a huge hit with my daughter and it was great that it was a twin on top and full size on the bottom. It was also a great shower after having days at the beach! Everything was comfortable and everything we needed was there.

This property was fantastic! It was very clean, which is a nice change from other rental properties. It was well equipped with items you’d need, and the pictures were accurate. It was as cozy as the pictures represented.

Thanksgiving Break

Great condo from when we walked in the door. Very inviting, loved the décor, and the beds and living area were very comfortable, and the view was amazing. Great communication with Nikki. Would definitely stay here again.

Ah-mazing!

Loved everything about our stay! The accommodations were everything we needed! The location was perfect! Just a super short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Gulf view from the balcony was even better than pictured! We will definitely be back!

The Best!

The best condo and spot we have stayed in. Super easy access to everything yet quite enough to enjoy mornings and evenings at peace. We will be staying in this spot each time in future. Wonderful owners and the coolest condo.

Great little condo!!

I would have given 5 stars across the board the condo had a horible fish smell the first 2 days we were there. We had to leave the doors open to air it out and get some airfreashiner. Other then that it was a beautifully decorated place with easy access to the beach and just minutes away from everything!!!

The condo was just as described in the listing but BETTER. It was so comfortable, clean and convenient. A lovely ocean view from the balcony. The condo has it's own set of stairs, which lead only to this condo, and a water facet at the bottom of the stairs to rinse off yourself or beach gear which is so convenient. Another convenience is the sidewalk leads to the boardwalk leading you right to the beach. For reference, beach access leads you to beach marker 5. We hope to rent this condo again in the future. This was a great condo for a quick getaway after surgery. So it brought some great healing spiritually, mentally and physically.

Wonderful Gulf Views

This condo was more than perfect for our stay in Port Aransas! Very clean, air conditioner worked amazing, comfortable beds and had everything we needed to cook with!! Let me tell you the views of the gulf from the living room huge window was unbelievable! We just sat and watched the ships come in and out of the horizon, so neat!! We enjoyed walking to the beach just steps away from the condo, morning and evening walks on the beach was our favorite. We enjoyed the clean pool right outside our door. We loved this place and the location was perfect, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, parking right outside the condo and it was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay her next time!!

Exceeded expectations

Nikki’s beach retreat was just what we needed! It was completely perfect from start to finish. The decor is extraordinary. Everything is very well thought of. None of us wanted to leave. We will definitely be back. I have already sent the link to all of my friends and family. The beds were amazing! The master bedroom bed even had a remote to elevate the head or feet or vibrate! It was an awesome surprise! The couch was huge and perfect for our family to stretch out. Everything you need in the kitchen. The view of the dunes and the ocean is awesome! Look no further!

Fantastic Condo in Port A

From the moment the owner contacted me prior to check-in, I knew this was going to be a great stay with excellent communication. We came to the area for a family function and wanted to make a vacation of it. My two nieces joined us and we had a fantastic vacation in Port A. Don't let the older exterior of the building fool you this condo is very nice inside with beautiful decor. My 5yo niece told me that I picked a "fancy" place for us to stay. You will also find everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to cook. My son and 2 nieces quite enjoyed the bunk beds too. All the beds were very comfy. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk has no steps, so it is easily traversed with a wagon. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools, beach and local attractions. Next time we are town we will definitely be booking this condo again.

Highly recommended

Nikki from the start was very patient and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Gave great recommendations which we did go to and enjoyed. The condo we stayed at Coral Cay Condominiums #228 was a PERFECT walking distances to the beach. We had everything we needed. Everything was decorated perfect and the view was peaceful. It is very quite, you cannot hear any neighbors or outdoor noises. The girls enjoyed the bunk bed (minus the shaking and "scary" vent by top bunk. Only thing I can think of that was needed was a iron/iron board, toaster, a couple more lights for the room areas and a vaccum. Other than that EVERYTHING was perfect. Would stay here again! Wonderful condo for a family beach trip

We stayed at Nikki's condo for a family spring break trip to Port A. The condo was well appointed and clean; when we walked in, everything was absolutely perfect! The decor really gives the condo a home-y feel, and the layout is really nice for a small family. The balcony was probably our favorite part, as it has a beautiful view of the ocean. You can sit out there and listen to the waves, which was so relaxing. There were a lot of folks in golf carts, but you can walk to the beach from here VERY easily (probably less than a five minute walk), or to a nearby restaurant (less than a mile). The location of the condo is great and in the middle of everything, while also still being on the beach. The beds were comfy and everything in the condo looked like it had been updated recently. The TV's worked great and we were able to watch YouTube and Hulu at the end of the night after a long day at the beach. Our family really enjoyed staying here and we would absolutely stay here again! Port A Getaway

Our family just got back from our Memorial weekend getaway. We are frequent visitors of the Texas coastal area and have stayed in several rentals and hotels around the area. We have spent time at the Coral Cay Condos in the past and have many great memories from our stays there. It’s been several years since we’ve been back to this property so we were excited to bring our kids back to make new memories. Mrs. Nikki’s condo did not disappoint! We were nervous about the holiday weekend traffic and crowds as we wanted to get away to relax and unwind after a LONG eventful school year. We arrived on Friday evening and only left 2x to grab essentials and some ice cream. Everything we needed for a memorable wknd was at our doorstep. The pools are located right outside the building and the beach is a pleasant short walk over the dunes. It was nice to sit outside and hear the waves while drinking our coffee in the morning. The condo and the property are very clean and it was so quiet and peaceful. Everyone living and staying at the condo were very nice and welcoming. The condo was such a treat for our kids and for us. It is so beautifully decorated and comfortable! We really couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and look forward to our next visit!
