  • Enjoy an upscale experience at this elegant 4BR/4.5BA house, located in the exclusive Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen, three balconies, and a fenced yard with a firepit. As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community, enjoy access to the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course. LIVING AREA Get comfy on the living room sectional and enjoy movies on the large smart TV. Play games in the family room, complete with a sectional, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a smart TV. KITCHEN and DINING Release your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When dinner is served, the dining table seats nine. BED and BATH This house sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and the family room’s bunk bed. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, and an opulent en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while a half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA and AMENITIES A third balcony comes complete with bistro seating for two. You’ll love the fenced yard with covered deck space. As evening falls, gather around the wood-burning firepit and watch the stars come out. EXTRA PERKS and MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Driveway parking is available for three cars. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. This two-story house is accessed via two steps, and there are additional steps in the patio area. The windows located across from the bunk beds do not have window coverings and offer natural morning light. Please note that there is some construction going on in this growing community. LOCATION Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Situated by the Gulf, the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, with inspired greens and lush fairways lined with native grasses. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill. THINGS TO KNOWThere is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.This rental is located on floor 1.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. Nice beach house

Very nice beach house close to beach and resort pool area . Enjoyed house with outside sitting area around fire pit. House equipped with everything you need for cooking . Very nice house for enjoying your family and having some beach time .

Great place to stay!

The house is very spacious, elegant and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need. Perfect for our family of 5 adults and two children. The master bedroom downstairs with a king bed was perfect for the grandparents. Great for a family vacation! I definitely recommend this house.

1st Flr Location of Main Living and Kitchen Areas

Most other places at this location have the Main Area on the 2nd Flr which means stairs and more stairs, not to mention lugging food and drinks up and down. We rented 4 Condos and all loved our setup

Great place.

Easy process, great communication and very responsive to our inquiry. Bed sheets were a little damp but the cleaning crew ran out if time to ensure they were completely dry. Turkey was very responsive and worked to remedy the understandable situation.

Amazing Stay! Perfect Getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palmilla Beach: Shore Break and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The property was exactly as described—if not better—and it was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to [local attractions, beaches, trails, etc.]. The outdoor space was a highlight, providing a serene setting to relax and unwind. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

more eating places on the resort

Pallmilla Beach resort needs more eating places and longer hours open during peak season. if you want to eat during the week you go into town and wait 2 hours for a table. Everywhere is crowded. The pool area is great but they stop serving food at 2pm and drinks close at 5. They don't have any breafast being served on the resort and in town is packed with the few places close by.

Incredible Stay!

Overall, this property checked all the blocks. We were three families gathering at the beach for a long weekend and the layout and floor plan was perfect...plenty of space. Loved that the bunk beds weren't in the rooms and gave another area to give adults additional privacy. We would definitely rent her again. Only complaint is that BBQ'ing isn't available on the property (please add that to ad) and a golf cart included in the rental would be great! Golf carts were sold out for the weekend and it would've been one more perk. We had a great stay!! Looking forward to the next vacation!

Very Well Appointed

I was in unit 171 Sunset Ave. I checked out on 6/25/22. It is so comfortable and well appointed. These two do not always go together. I used it for an annual marketing meeting with three members of our staff residing there. Great place to stay. I have a request-I ask that you all retrieve the two expensive pillows I left on the first floor bedroom and contact me.
