"Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!"

"Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. "Vi havde to overnatninger, og jeg må indrømme at hotellet i sig selv ikke over op til de tre stjerner. Værelset var ikke helt rent, der var beskidt i krogene og der var døde dyr på væggene. Resturenten var rigtig fin, de lavede god mad og der var rigtig god service. De to som ejede stedet var rigtig søde. Området hvor hotellet er placeret er et godt stykke væk fra San Carlos og der er heller ikke butikker i området hvilket betyder at man skal købe alt på hotellet. Det var lidt træls. Selve...
