Golf Cart, House, Pets on Coronado!!!

New Construction 2018! All home is upgraded and up to date! Great Central Location on A Avenue. Center of Town. Walk Everywhere. Three block walk to Orange Avenue, restaurants and shops! Our home feels great, uplifting with lots of light! We especially love our outdoor spaces, of which we have three. The back one is beautiful, comfortable and terrific for lounging, BBQ, with TV, transitioning from the Gourmet Kitchen. Gas Firepit, all amenities! Our living room has plenty of seating, TV and a gas fireplace, should you want ambience. The Dining Room Table seats 6, with two extra side chairs when desired. The Gourmet Kitchen speaks for itself, all upgrades, with all you could want. Gas Stove, microwave, large family refrigerator, granite countertops, 3 barstools.

Upstairs you will find three, fully furnished bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed with small balcony over quiet backyard. Middle guest bedroom has a Queen Bed, with TV. The front Guest Room also has a Queen Bed, TV and a very large, beautifully furnished balcony, again with a fire pit and a small refrigerator. This space overlooks A Avenue. There is a garage for the golf cart only.

The Roof Top Deck is quite large with, again, plentiful seating spaces, umbrellas and Terrific View of Coronado!!! See it All! Coronado Bay Bridge, Downtown San Diego Skyline, Hotel Del Coronado! Really Beautiful and a terrific place to gather the Nightly Fireworks!

Yes, The Fun Part!!! This home furnishes you with a 6 Seater Golf Cart! It was Custom Made and is envied by many! Take it out of the garage and go wherever you wish on The Island. Believe me, not every home provides a golf cart. But, I must say, please drive at your own risk.

We love Pets and provide a very Pet Friendly Home and Space. The backyard is fenced and secure.
