Brand New Construction - 525' to the Beach Access w/ Private Pool*Hot Tub

Contact us for more details! Brand new construction in 2022 six bedroom home in Ocean Lakes. Private pool open for 2025 season thru December 1, 2025 (weather permitting). A quick three minute walk to the beach access. Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee heated pool, hot tub with outdoor television, propane grill, tiki bar, spacious living areas for the entire family. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. Also included; enjoy the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis club; a short four minute walk.
Ground floor features a rec room with full bath and adjacent built in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room. Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, another king suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to back deck and a full bath in the hallway. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter beverage center. Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and cozy ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions. This home is adjacent to four other homes that can be rented together for a total of 30 bedrooms for families vacationing together. Off street parking for approximately four vehicles is provided at the home.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Family Groups Only – It is our policy to rent to family groups only. Tenant must be at least 25 years of age to enter in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which must be submitted with an ID.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
Minimum age of 24 required.
Outdoor security cameras that record video will be in use during your stay. Front door, driveway/carport.

We loved the house and the neighborhood! Management was very communicative which definitely helped! We had a leak in the kitchen in the first day and it was fixed asap. I highly recommend!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The rooms were clean, Beds comfortable, and more bathrooms than you could imagine. The property manager immediately came out to replace a TV that was damaged due to a storm immediately. The pool was fantastic and with a TV beside the pool. You could easily connect to the speakers in and outside the home for music and entertainment. The kids loved it. This place literally had everything you need in a vacation rental.

We loved our accommodations, but for the seniors in the group we really needed to have an elevator, The two girls loved having the heated pool, Kitchen was well stocked. We all had a wonderful time.

Magnificent time. The house was spacious, clean, great location and spectacular views. It was perfect! We enjoyed the beach and absolutely LOVED THE POOL. it was perfect for our group of 14. Best part of the trip was having big family dinners and playing games. We had the opportunity to have lots of laughs and create wonderful memories with our college bound girls. BEST VACATION EVER!!!

We had our children,our grandchildren and great grandchildren stay with us for various times over our 3 week rental. Location is great,minutes to the beach,great restaurants and things to do for everyone. The house,pool and hot tub wear great.

The house was ready and clean for our check in. There was plenty of space for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and bunk room. I would not describe the kitchen as well stocked. There was no coffee filters or even salt and pepper. So know that when packing. The house was an easy walk to the beach access. However, the backyard backs up to 7 other houses. We were awoken 2 nights (out of 4) from parties from the adjoining houses. The backyard/pool is also visible from all the adjoining houses too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this gorgeous property. Everything was clean and new. Communication with owner was great and very responsive for the few items we did inquire about. Nice proximity to the beach. Perfect for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). We have stayed in OBX the last few years in the summer and this was by far our favorite rental.

Nice house. Close to the beach with easy access to the beach. Neighborhood is very nice and close to everything in Corolla. Small "glitches" with the house but it's a brand new home so that was expected (did mention that to Rental Company and they responded and took care of all minor issues). The house is a little on the small size for the price but overall it's consistent with other houses in the area. It's better suited for 8-10 people than the 11 family/friends we had!!!

House was even nicer than pictured. Had a problem with coffee maker and owners sent over new one Immediately. Pool was very nice. The only negative we had, and had nothing to do with house, was the restaurants. Most don’t take reservations so was always a wait and food was not great.

This new home was perfect for our family, 6 adults, 6 children. 3 adult bedrooms, 3 bedrooms for the children. The home is beautifully furnished, well appointed with upscale appliances. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. BBQ grill on deck outside kitchen is convenient. We also enjoyed the pool very much and the outdoor bar area. Hot tub perfect! Highly recommend this home! You will not be disappointed.
