Situated in the stunning Verde Valley, this charming property is the perfect destination for wine enthusiasts, nature lovers, and those seeking a private getaway. This newly remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a standalone game room. This isn't a typical vacation rental. It's a special place with a focus on details and little touches to make your stay memorable.

As you arrive at Cowboys & Roses, you'll be immediately captivated by the rustic beauty of the surrounding landscape. The front of the house overlooks House Mountain, a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting interior that harmoniously blends modern comforts with a touch of cowboy charm. The expansive dining room leaves you plenty of room to entertain while the living area is adorned with tasteful western-inspired decor, a leather sofa/sitting chair creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals with ease.

Cowboys & Roses offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each providing a peaceful sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a plush adjustable king-sized bed, while the two other bedrooms offer cozy king-sized and queen sized beds. All rooms are thoughtfully decorated with tasteful accents and offer ample storage space.

The guest bathrooms have modern showers and the master bathroom features a soaking tub.

Step outside onto the expansive patio and be enchanted by the beauty of the Verde Valley. What makes this property even more special is it's standalone game room. It features a 7' pool table, dart board, TV, popcorn machine, pinball machine, jukebox, mini pac man machine and a bar. It's a great place to hang out and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

For guests traveling with dogs, Cowboys & Roses allows up to two dogs for a flat fee of $100 per stay. This fee includes water/food bowls as well as pet beds and even a welcome gift for your furry friends. Both the front deck and rear yard are fenced. There is a great nature trail to walk your dog just 5 minutes from the house.

BEFORE YOU BOOK...

The maximum number of guests is 6. Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted for a $100 pet fee (per stay). Dogs must be disclosed when booking. No parties, events or fireworks are permitted. Exterior security cameras are in use at all times. This is a rural area so you may encounter wild animals, snakes, etc. Please be alert at all times.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the storage shed, various locked owners only cabinets/closets, the entry closet and one other room (marked private, used for owner storage). The gas fireplace is for owner use only due to safety issues. During the fall and winter months, there is a wood burning fire pit outside by the hot tub for guest use.

Although we offer self check-in, we are usually available to assist you during your stay if needed.

You will need a car to explore the area. Ride Share services are limited here due to the rural location.
