Charming Apartment “Sonnleiten Sonnenalm” with Mountain View

The cozy apartment “Sonnleiten Sonnenalm” of family Mahlknecht is situated in Steinegg (Collepietra), in the beautiful area of South Tyrol, and is ideal for hiking, biking or romantic couples holidays. The family-friendly apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional children's bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and is therefore designed to accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe, satellite and cable television, a highchair and a baby cot. There is a separate room with a bunk bed only for children, which can also be used as a stowage when no children are present. For children an additional price is charged (see below). The panoramic balcony with herb garden invites you to sit and eat, and in the jacuzzi tub with a view of the Dolomites you can relax perfectly. In the communal outdoor area, you will find a spacious garden, where you can enjoy your own meals from the stone barbecue. Another highlight of the residence is the 200 m² spa area, including a 30° C indoor pool with massage nozzles, 2 saunas (one of them hot), a hay bed, a quiet room, as well as a play area for children. Here you can relax and unwind after a day of hiking, biking or skiing. The nearest supermarket is only a few minute walk (200 m) away, and restaurants with local dishes can be reached on foot from the apartment. The area is known as the first "star village", therefore you will find a planetarium, a solar observatory and a planet path 13 minutes (9.5 km) by car from the village, where you can look at the stars and get a feeling for the vastness of our solar system. Lake Carezza is located 34 minutes (25.7 km) south of the apartment. The capital of South Tyrol, Bolzano, can be reached by car in 22 minutes (13,8 km) and the famous mountain group Catinaccio is 39 minutes (29 km) east of the village.



A washing machine, a dryer and an iron are available in the laundry room and can be used for an extra fee (iron for free). A toaster, children's books, board games and a microwave are available upon request and free of charge. Massages, a bread roll and drink service, a barbecue and packed lunches can be provided for an extra fee. Guests can also order dinner according to the menu. The playground features a sand box, a trampoline, table tennis, foosbal, a tree house, a garden house and a slide. In every apartment, there are also deck chairs and garden chairs. A baby's changing mat and a bucket are available.
