"Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. "The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is a good size, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for the whole family. The secure backyard was a great bonus for our pet, and the top deck was a lovely feature for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The kitchen was tidy and neatly arranged.Unfortunately, cleanliness in certain areas of the house was not up to our expectations. "Location perfect, house was lovely. Beds fantastic. Was not a modern home but it was perfect for our families. The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. Please don’t let the previous reviews stop you from booking. We had a great holiday. "
