"Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. "Beautiful home in such a quiet spot. Inclusions were fantastic. Obviously the highlight is the spa, and the thoughtful retractable shade over it was so great!
