Guests at Villa Stafida enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate, offering total privacy, comfort, and a seamless luxury experience in a smart, nature-inspired setting.

You will have full access to:
• The main villa, including all smart-enabled interior spaces, 4 en-suite bedrooms, and office/study
• The heated swimming pool with sunken loungers, counter-current system, and illuminated glass waterfall
• The outdoor jacuzzi and spa area with shaded lounge seating
• Two outdoor kitchens with BBQs and al fresco dining spaces
• The wellness area, featuring a gym, infrared sauna, and wine cellar with cigar humidor
• Lush gardens, sunbathing terraces, and multiple relaxation zones
• A dedicated office/study with convertible sofa bed
• Private parking for 2 vehicles

The separate 2-bedroom guest house, located within the estate's gardens, is available only for groups of more than 10 guests. It’s ideal for teens, extended family, or private staff and includes its own bathroom and lounging area.

•No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
•Quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and 15:00 to 17:30
•No smoking inside the villa.
•Pets are not allowed.
•Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and jacuzzi.
•Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
•Please respect the house, furnishings, and appliances.
•Use of the wine cellar is allowed—wines consumed will be charged at checkout.
•Security cameras are installed only in outdoor and utility areas for safety.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00.
You will receive check-in instructions and access code prior to arrival.
A welcome tablet inside the property will guide you through using the smart systems.
We recommend notifying us of your estimated arrival time to ensure a smooth experience. Free private parking is available on site.
