Each area both inside and outside the villa reveals new areas of beauty and splendour. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space are the perfect spot to gather while you cook up some delicious local fare, with a flat screen TV and plush furnishings ensuring your comfort.
The outside space really is the crown jewel of this beautiful villa. An elegant, large private swimming pool and terrace welcome you. Here, days are meant for languid dips in the pool and leisurely lounging. The inviting BBQ area sets the stage for memorable alfresco dining experiences against the backdrop of Gouvia's serene countryside. For entertainment and a bit of friendly competition, the table tennis table awaits.
Each of the three bedrooms offer a cosy escape after a busy day of sun-seeking or exploring, each fully air conditioned and boasting comfortable beds and modern décor. The master bedroom also benefits from an ensuite, while a separate well-equipped bathroom services other guests.

To access the villa there is a path which is 213cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 173cm wide. The outside space is very flat. The floor is made up of large non slip tiles and wooden decking. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground floor property. Bedroom 1 has a door width of 80cm and the ensuite door is 70cm wide.
