    Villa Lina is located in Krouzeri, Corfu. This detached vacation rental
    property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 10 people
    with 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (East Facing)
    with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach and
    Restaurants.
    Layout

    The first floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a
    fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a dining terrace with barbecue
    facilities and sea views. On this level there is also an
    air-conditioned double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (including
    bath), and a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (with shower).
    The ground floor, accessed externally, offers an open-plan kitchen and
    seating area, as well as an air-conditioned twin bedroom with an
    ensuite bathroom (with shower and corner bath).
    The top floor, also accessed externally, houses the main kitchen, the
    lounge area, and an additional double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

    Living Room
    The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, TV
    and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

    Kitchen
    The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
    dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
    a barbecue outside.

    Villa Lina has 5 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
    Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

    Additional Information

    Below the villa is the pretty beach named Krouzeri, along with jetty
    just perfect for that early morning swim! Those looking for a little
    more adventure can hire a motor boat (no license required) for whizzing
    to nearby beaches, bays and even the supermarket!!
    Agni Travel also recommend that although it is only a short walk from
    the villa to the beach (250m) it is very steep and not acceptable for
    elderly, frail or disabled individuals.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
    years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
    required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
    Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
    inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
    or additional cleaning required.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed the property and location. Amazing views and pool. Very disappointed about how far beach is from the Villa as it really isn't feasible to enjoy the beach after hiking down a difficult trail. Everything else was wonderful and we would definitely come again if we are lucky enough to come back.

Villa Lina was perfect for us as we were able to have grandparents on the top floor, teenage grandchildren on the middle floor and parents in the bottom suite. The pool was put to great use and the younger members walked down to the beach and back while the oldies drove up and down. We particularly enjoyed that we were elevated so relished the views. The villa is well situated to visit other beaches and tavernas while hiring boats gave us the opportunity to explore the wonderful coastline both near and far. The villa is very well equipped with a very informative handbook and Nick called round to water the plants top up the pool and oversee mid week towel change as well as arranging for us to drop off our bags after an early flight arrival. We definitely would love to return and highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa and we met the owners who were helpful with medical advice and lovely people. Loved the specific area and the choice of restaurants, White House, Toulas and Agni were our favourites. Two ideas for improvement- smooth cement near pool steps would have saved some feet and the lemon tree above the outside dining table near the house was alive with wasps and hornets and we couldn’t sit out- not blaming owners but in our view it could possibly be replaced as it isn’t attractive either. Neither of these things spoilt our enjoyment I want to add

I think this is best villa on island and there are many reasons for this 1. Location. Its close to beach and road, but in the same time its private location and noises dont disturb you. Beach which is located under villa has very warm water (I dont know why, but all beaches around Corfu which we visited had cold water) 2. Very cool pool. Not too big, not too small. Its perfect. Water warms up whole day and in evening you can enjoy pool and lights in water 3. Views. Its stunning, the best location to see the sea, mountains. Incredible photos, photographers will like this place 4. Food. A lot of supermarkets in few minutes drive 5. Space. Villa has 2 floors with separate kitchens, can be used for 2 groups of people. It has also a lot of terraces to eat or rest. I booked more than 200 different places around 80 countries, maybe this villa doesnt have modern design but it definitely has something cozy and made with love, so, its in my own Top 5 list.

The Villa Lina is set in an absolutely beautiful location near the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Corfu over the past 10 years, but the Villa Lina is definitely the best. We have already booked for September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, and bars nearby (just a 3-5 min walk). Also, it is near to other local shops and a bakery for day-to-day supplies in nearest Kalami and Nissaki. Most of our time we enjoyed ourselves at Paralia Nisaki, Krouzeri, and Kaminaki Beach which are nearby, and didnt need to drive to other places to find a good beach for our kids. I highly recommend this villa.

The Villa Lina was great, right what we expected. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect SEA VIEWS then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 5-15 minute drive you are at Kalami, Nissaki, and Saint Stephanos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties (Souvlaki, Moussaka, Koulouri...) there. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Nisaki and Agni Beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. All in all an excellent place and villa which we can highly recommend.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. The house has three very cozy rooms, with very clean bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and other needed amenities. Lovely to sit out at the terrace and relax with a glass of wine while watching the boats crossing by near the shore. We really enjoyed the best sea views and sunsets from there, and definitely, we will miss them a lot. Almost everything is in the vicinity and within walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. During our stay there we visited Kalami and Saint Stephanos and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Corfu. Nice and friendly people in Krouzeri. Corfu has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location with PERFECT SEA VIEWS. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Corfu over the past 5 years but the Villa Lina is definitely the best. We have already re-booked for July and September. It takes only 2 min to the beach and is close to several restaurants, tavernas, and bars. Most of our time we enjoyed ourselves at Krouzeri Beach and didnt need to drive to other places to find a good beach for our kids. Regarding location...it is perfect for alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa.....You need only a 5-minute drive to Nissaki and 15 min drive to Saint Stephanos where you can find a wide selection of beaches, bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. Great holiday at Villa Lina. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. The views from the terrace over the beach and bay were amazing. Most of our time we enjoyed staying there, either for drinking a glass of wine, having dinner, or taking the morning coffee while enjoying the cool breeze from the bay. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Thanks for all Agni, we are counting on you for our next holiday.

This villa was exceptional and better than advertised. We could not have been happier. The views were spectacular from every piece of the property. The house was very nice and clean with good amenities and was very high quality. Corfu was hot in July as expected and the air conditioning worked very well. The grounds and gardens were gorgeous and one of the best features of the villa. The best thing was Nick and his family who were very gracious and responsive. We very much enjoyed meeting them! We hope to be back to Corfu from the United States again!

Amazing holiday in Villa Lina!

We spent the most amazing 4 days in Villa Lina. Me and my 3 girlfriends gathered here for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was first time in Corfu for all of us but we all fell in love with the island and planning to come back next year. The villa is very spacious, bedrooms are very big and equipped with air conditions, the bathroom on the lower ground floor are a size of 1-bedroom flat in London. There are so many tables outside in different part of the property, plenty of sun lounges near the pool and on the terrace near the house, there is a stone built bbq place but we didn’t use it. The kitchen had everything you possibly need during the stay, plenty of cutlery, plates, pots and pans and the dishwasher. The pool is fabulous with the most amazing view, we loved to spent few hours by the pool after whole day by the sea. The villa setting is really private - private road and no neighbours. Going to the beach was a challenge first time due to the steep path down the hill but we got used to it soon. We hired a boat at Agniboats for 2 days and it definitely made our holiday truly special - explored the beached nearby, went to the underwater cave, visited lots of tavernas, harbours, shops, dived from the boat in the turquoise water away from the beach. Agniboat picked us up from our beach and gave us a lift on the way back, so no need to drive to collect the boat. Our flight was late in the evening so the owner let us stay in the villa until then - we couldn’t have been happier to enjoy this fantastic place a bit longer! Thank you very much! I would definitely recommend Villa Lina and already planning to visit it with my husband and children!

We have just finished an incredible two weeks holiday at Villa Lina. The view is one of the most wonderful of any villas we have stayed in with endless views of the mountains in Albania to one side and Corfu Town to the other from all parts of the house and the pool. We have young children and the walk down to the beach was easily manageable with a couple of great tavernas and a short walk to taminaki beach. The kids loved getting the water taxis to and from the various restaurants which they are only to happy to organise for you if you ask. The villa was excellent and had everything you needed and Nick could not have been more helpful and responsive when we contacted him. We went during the pandemic so the large hotel on the beach was closed. We loved this as it made for the area being I expect much quieter than normal so that is probably the only drawback if we were to book again. A day out hiring a speed boat is a must exploring hidden coves at your leisure. I am sure we will be back. As an aside Agni travel were also incredibly helpful and efficient when trying to rearrange certain things as a result of Covid so all in all an excellent service. Francis

This villa is in the most amazing setting ..!! It is by far the most picturesque place we have ever stayed. The interior of the villa is traditional and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area is just fantastic. Having the separate living area was a bonus and was perfect for a couple to have their own space. The drive up/down to the villa is initially a little daunting as it’s so steep but it becomes second nature after a while. Overall I couldn’t fault the place and we are considering a return trip next year.

Villa Lina is clean and spacious both inside and out, the kitchen is well equipped, the maid service and pool maintenance regular and friendly. The steep drive gave us a thrill every time and the walk through the olives down to the beach was fun - the beach below is really lovely to swim and snorkel from and Yannis taverna was a real delight - he takes his fishing boat out a couple of times a day and will chat you through his daily catch if you like fresh fish. There is also a stone paved path that takes you to Kaminaki in just a few minutes for more water sports and boat hire options. The villa itself has several seating and dining areas inside and out - we had a lunch for 12 and seated everyone in the shade just near the pool so we could see the children playing in the pool. The ground floor (3rd bedroom) is a separate apartment which our young teenager was happy to sleep in on his own for the last few nights, having had another friend there with him for the first week, although we wouldnt have been comfortable with him there on his own at the start as it is so separate. We really enjoyed the villa and recommend it.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at Villa Lina. What a beautiful place to stay. The views are absolutely stunning and you never tire of looking out at the ocean, watching the many boats go by. The pool was an absolute godsend and we were in and out of it all day long. One more umbrella by the poolside would have been a bonus but we managed with the two already there. The walk down to the beach was quite hair raising but by the end of the week we had all mastered it. The beach was quite busy but the sea was clear and warm and perfect to go for a dip. Hiring a motor boat is a must and can be done from Krouzeri beach. Great fun and a great way to see around that part of the coast. A visit to The White House restaurant - a couple of coves up - is essential. If you call them they will arrange a water taxi to pick you up and take you home. The food was fantastic and the overall experience was magical. A little pricey but well worth it for the fantastic memories we now have. We would definitely recommend Villa Lina. It is in an amazing location and the whole experience was first class.

Pros - beautiful outdoor setting with wonderful views. Pool large and clean with very comfortable sunbeds. Interior very clean and well kitted out with good storage space for clothes. Aircon worked well in bedrooms. Con - A couple more umbrellas round the pool would be desirable for when the villa is fully occupied. 0verall we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful villa and our holiday.
