Inside, Villa Panorama is spacious and welcoming. There is plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor living, making this villa perfect for year-round living. Surrounded by extensive private grounds, this detached property is set over 2 floors. Finished with beautiful granite floors and surfaces, it offers the very best of the Corfiot tradition with antique pieces, precious artworks and sophisticated elements. Entrance via the main door is onto the large lounge with adjoining dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. There are 2 bedrooms as well on the upper floor (one double, one twin), both air-conditioned (included in the rental price) as well as 2 spacious bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower). Both the bedrooms and the lounge have access to private sea-facing terraces. The views are truly amazing, both at day and night, stretching from the bay of Kaminaki below to Corfu Town. 2 further bedrooms (suites) are located on the lower floor, have independent access and open directly onto extensive furnished stone-paved patios. These bedrooms are self-contained and have their own bathrooms as well as kitchen corner.

Outside the villa offers to its guests a truly huge private swimming pool surrounded by greenery and sunbathing terraces. The pool measures the impressive size of 12m x 7m, while depth is between 0.8m and 2.4m. There is also a separate shallow section for children, turning this property into the ideal choice for both couples, friends or families. The pool is beautifully lit at night and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols. Pool towels are provided free of charge. The views to the sea from the pool terrace are stunning, as per the other areas of the villa. Covered gazebos, one at the front and one by the poolside, are the perfect spot for al-fresco dining while admiring the breathtaking views and the boats passing by. Barbecue is also available. Private parking available.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, pool towels, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A refundable seurity deposit in cash for damages of euros 300 is required locally and refunded at the end of the stay.
