From the outside, Villa Avgusta offers vibrant colour with an exterior reminiscent of the Greek sunshine. A private swimming pool, sun loungers, and an alfresco dining area with a built-in barbeque allow you to swim, sip, and savour local flavours until your heart is content. As if that is not enough, this property also provides a ping pong table for friendly family competitions. 
Inside, the interior is charming and modern with many chic details. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of space to prepare and enjoy meals with a dining table and enough seats for all the family. The living room is cosy with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is in a hilly area, and sits within an elevated position. To access the villa there is a path which is 104cm wide alongside 26 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 69cm wide. The terrace is made up of crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. There are 17 steps down to the pool area, and a further 7 steps to the garden area. The pool has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom has a door width of 81cm, whilst the bathroom door is 65cm wide. There are 13 steps to the first floor.
