Villa Athiri Corfu with Private Pool

Athiri House, a pool Villa in Corfu near Barbati, is a 1800 square meter property overlooking the Ionian Sea. Located in the North Corfu countryside, on the hillside close to Spartillas village, and surrounded by olive trees, is within a short drive to the Barbati beach. Its panoramic position offers views of the surrounding fields and the sea giving a true feeling of nature and serenity. Villa Athiri House is split over three levels and can accommodate up to nine persons.

The ground floor of the villa features an ample living room with an open, modern and well – equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. The living features two different spots for relaxation with modern, comfortable sofas while there is a great dinning table from which you can enjoy your meals with the view of Corfu that reaches Paxos Island. In this floor is one single bedroom and a spacious shower room which both meet all the regulations for people with disabilities. The patios and balconies surrounding the floor give a fantastic view of the garden and the amazing view the property has to offer.

Stairs to the first floor lead to three individually styled and furnished bedrooms, each with access to a balcony with a breathtaking view. The rooms are decorated with carefully chosen and renovated antique pieces that harmoniously combine with the modern and elegant furniture. The first room you meet is the master bedroom. The room has one king size bed and an area with a sofa that you can seat and relax. Two balcony doors allow the light and the view to feel the room and give access to the large balcony. All balconies are framed with safe glass so as not to obscure the view. Continuing, we find a spacious, modern shower room with double washbasins and all the amenities needed. The one twin bedroom with the en suite bathroom is at the end of the hallway whilst on the other side of the hallway we find the other twin bedroom with the en suite shower room. All the rooms have access to balconies. The decoration with its eclectic artwork and fresh colours provide a feeling of pleasure and serenity while the facilities and the ample spaces provide all the comfort you need.

On the lower level of the villa is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. The bedroom features a seating area and follows the designing line of the other rooms. Patios from the bedroom provide access to the garden at the front of the house.

All the rooms are equipped with elegant Coco-Mat mattresses, linen and bathrobes. The beds in the twin bedrooms can be made into a double bed with a mattress topper on request.

We pay special attention to your rest and sleep. Villa Athiri is equipped with superior quality ecological linens, mattresses and bed linen from coco-mat company.

Specifically, we use:

Mattresses coco-mat Aigeas, Iviskos
Top-mattress Coco-mat Iviskos. Perfect elasticity and comfort are guaranteed on this metal-free top-mattress.
Coco-mat pillows. You will find  in villa Athiri 2 different types of pillows (hard and soft) filled by exceptional natural materials such as flakes of natural latex, premium quality down and feather or pure virgin wool with hypo allergic properties.
Sheets & Covers
Bed linen by coco-mat offer a very gentle feel, while their special texture form makes it extremely resistant to frequent washing. Made of 100% cotton of the highest quality (250TC), their weaving consists of 250 threads / inch.
Quality towels and bathrobes.

Please notice that the maximum number of adult guests is 9 (adults + kids) . Also we can host up to 1 infant (0-2 years old) for free with a baby cot (baby cot is provided).
